Fantastic!
For the gender debate, I think it so clearly displays the male way of understanding principles and concepts, as well as undertanding the effects of scale.
I see very few women with such insight, and I work in a big tech company with many women employed. Virtually any of them are capable of doing (or sometimes even fully understanding!) the work done by the male engineers.
