    It seems odd that the space station was at 80 miles altitude one second, and then in the ocean the next.

    Honestly, it would seem odd to me to let the ships fall where they may, if you’ll excuse the pun. Shooting it out of the sky seems safer.

    The Chinese Space thing was coming down for over two months. I first heard about it in January because I follow space channels on youtube. There is so much space junk and s~~~ up there. It’s all going to come down eventually. Even the ISS will be scuttled in 10 years. When they can help it, they actually steer the satellites into a part of the Pacific known as the satellite grave yard. Usually they control the descent but sometimes they lose operations of space junk and where it lands is up to Earth.
