So yesterday a female I know asked me what I thought caused the pay gap and really not wanting to have a conversation about it I said there was an article in the NY Times recently that says much of it is caused by motherhood.

Somehow that turns into I look down on women (I do), need anger management (I don’t) and need to start having empathy for others (hahaha).

I was telling a buddy at work about this when one of our female coworkers came by and asked what we were laughing about. I told her the story and then she starts halfway refuting me when I had to remind her that I didn’t write the story. A woman who works for the NY Times wrote the story.

Jesus Christ, can’t even relay what a woman wrote without being the bad guy.

Best advice my dad gave me, "Don't get married. Don't have kids."

Women will never understand a rational explanation of anything, if it:

    1) paints women in any kind of negative light (which facts and logic often do)

    2) goes against the liberal/feminist narative (ie wage gap, rape culture, etc)

    3) makes them feel bad or upset in any way.

If you dont believe me, read the comments section of any daily fail article, or any msm liberal media outlet which still allows comments. (And does not heavily censor them…yeah good luck finding any)

What you will realize is that women are incapable of seeing our side of any argument, literally 100% of the time, on any issue, narative, or opinion. Not only that, but they are also extremely emotionally unstable and volatile, so there is a good chance disagreeing with them will p~~~ them off and they will irrationally hate you forever (but maybe kinda wanna f~~~ you at the same time)

Once you realize these facts, you can have a lot of fun just trolling random women you meet…but when youre at work, the best thing to do is either completely ignore/do not engage famales, (preferred) or only engage in minimum conversation as it relates to work. (Next best option) otherwise, you risk losing your job if she complains about you to HR or decides to make false accusations against you. Be very careful out there.

“Mr. Raver. Do you know what causes the wage gap?”
“Indeed. Lies, half-truths, and the refusal to listen to evidence to the contrary.”

    Do not engage at work.

Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.

You will never win that conversation. Even if you provide more accurate statistics, a relevant argument and talk reasonably about female issues/concerns as well. Everything in you screams to have it out but honestly man it’s not worth it. It’s only worth it in a setting or forum where you have someone that is likely to have your back. Also make sure you’re not outnumbered by women when this conversation goes down. They’re like a f’ing bee hive when they go off.

Wage gap? Never heard of it….

    Exactly.

NEVER give a woman a direct answer to a question unless it is “no”. Don’t let this bitch sucker you into her stupid frame.

Jesus Christ, can’t even relay what a woman wrote without being the bad guy.

Haven’t you heard? You’re an asshole no matter what you do.

This is one of those times where I would fake getting violently ill. Make a face like you taste something bad, and you’re about to barf. Double right over like you’re trying to catch your breath and may puke at any second. Hold your finger up like you need a second of silence.

Then deep groan like you’re about to blow chunks and you feel a sweat coming on. Silently over act. Maybe even convulse a little while you’re bent over. Take your time with this.

When she says “OMG!!! ARE YOU OKAY????”, you immediately snap out of it with a totally neutral expression and stand as if nothing just happened at all. Maybe adjust your belt and dust your sleeve off. Like you’re about to accept an Emmy award in front of millions of fans. Chin high. Like James Bond emerging from the rubble.

    “Just better now.”

Then walk away, or go back to what you were doing. When executed properly, she won’t go back to that stupid question. She may figure out how you cleverly avoided the question hours later, but you already answered her.

NEVER give a woman a direct answer to a question unless it is “no”.
    No matter what.

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

You can avoid these problems by not talking to women about stuff not related to work.

In most countries men and women get paid the same for doing the same job. Although there is a bank in Australia which actually pays women more.

What feminists will try and fall back on is saying that male executives get paid more than female ones. That is a different situation because exec’s tend to negotiate their own pay and conditions. So men just do it better.

Here is something to throw at people who start the wage gap debate. If women are cheaper to employ than why aren’t business only employing women?

Of course the real wage gap, like the one that actually exists, is the the gap in hours worked between the sexes. Men put more hours in, apply themselves. That’s the gap right there, men work harder and longer than women.

If women were cheaper for the same output — why aren’t companies hiring them en-masse ?

“Wage gap is due capitalism. That’s why men earn more than women, and that’s also why charming men earn more than non-attractive men: have you noticed that attractiveness is much more commonly found within rich men than within poor men? That’s due capitalism, it’s the same mechanism of the wage gap affecting women. I drink goat milk to keep my hair beautiful, but it costs 3 euro per liter: I must do it cuz with bad hair I would earn less”.

Try something like that, it works.

Empathy? What the hell does empathy have to do with the facts around the supposed wage gape? Was she suggesting that a woman should be paid more in her job because the employer is supposed to feel sorry for her?

That’s the idiotic statements that make it impossible to have a honest conversation.

    Ok. Then do it.

You didn’t really want to have a conversation and then began one anyway? Do you see the problem in that?

    First, it was a s~~~ test. It’s always a s~~~ test.

Second, here’s how you handle a s~~~ test:

    – The usual complaints, leading questions, bitching, etc.

    Simply, right?

Do not date. Do not impregnate. Do not co-habitate. Above all, do not marry. Reclaim and never again surrender your personal sovereignty.
