I agree that junk food is not good…but f~~~

Theres so much s~~~ thats dangerous, in any given day i use tobacco (not cigarettes but swedish snuff, i dont know the eng word for this) i usually have a beer, not every day. I eat pizza and burgers every week but i also cook ofc.

Ive done this since my late teens basically. I do however work out hard every week and im good shape man. When the military doctor checked everything last year i was in f~~~ing great shape! They check blood pressure, blood sugar, pulse, muscle strength etc etc etc.

If we just be moderate with how much of the s~~~ we consume i think we will be perfectly fine. In life i want to eat and drink whatever i want. But hey if people want to straight edge go for it – whatever works for you.

One of the most used words in Sweden is “lagom” it means:

Search on youtube for a video called “Sugar: the Bitter Truth”. Don’t fall in the trap of thinking it’s a fad because so many other theories have been wrong. Look at the science and judge it for what it is.

I’ve cut my sugar down to a little over the American Heart Association’s daily max for men. A couple of weeks after doing that for the first time in my aware life, I experimented by eating a chocolate rabbit (it was around Easter). It was the first time in my adult life I actually experienced a sugar high. I felt disgusted knowing that the reason I didn’t feel anything eating sweets before then was that I was eating sugar so regularly that my dopamine response was blunted.

It’s also very easy to maintain caloric balance when you aren’t eating a lot of sugar. Protein and fat are satiating so you won’t binge on those. Non-sugar carbs are not addictive like sugar. I’ve struggled with my weight in the past but now I don’t even have to try to limit myself because I’m not sabotaging my body’s natural feedback system.

Coke is great for stripping / cleaning old coins, and metal kitchen sinks… It’s not hard to figure it’s doing funky things to your insides.

Any massive influx of sugars and fast acting carbs will spike your insulin = fat storage and decreases testosterone.

Dont have a sugary drink or sugary protein drink before hitting the gym, keep it for after especially at night. The insulin spike will make you drowsy and sleep /recover well.

I had a similar experience. Around 17 a dietitian came to school our football team how to reach the next level of performance. The lesson he taught me has stood strong for over a decade. He told us to stop drinking sugar, to stop consuming it in such high quantities, we even changed out Gatorade formula to have it near pure water. Around X-mas time, after our season was over. I had my first coke, yes I avoided sugar like it was Hitler for 6 months, and my body freaked out man. My hands wouldn’t stop shaking, my mind was going to fast to talk, and I couldn’t stand still. After that I decided to stay away from sugar like most mgtow stay away from women. Hell I’m so scared of that stuff haven’t had a soda in 8 years!

The US needs to start labeling sugar as an illicit drug and one that has ruined more lives than all narcotics combined.

They actually had a full lecture about this in my “Spite 101” class…

Step 1: give up on humanity.

Step 2: buy a farm in some s~~~ty flyover state.

Step 3: apply for government subsidy to grow corn (for high fructose corn syrup production)

    Step 4: $$$ PROFIT $$$

Step 5 (optional): invest in pharmaceutical companies that perform diabetes drug research
