for me, 1 dollar for you
that’s equality?

I guess that depends
Are you doing the same work?
If not then it’s fair.

That’s the thing you see
It’s not discrimination
It’s through our own choice

Women and men don’t
Make the same choices in life
That is one factor

Also it is true
That men do work longer hours
And more overtime

When you take these facts
Factor them in with the stats
The wage gap is gone.
