Apparently top intelligence services have benefitted from the research in designing computer algorithms to research the text.

Best they can say it is a rule based language not random symbols.

The plants are the key. To find out what the plants are what the planets are called in old languages and their spellings. If even one name of a planet is decoded from the texts, that can be used as a foundation to decode the rest, because the name will point to what the root language that is used in the text.

Take into account the Rosetta Stone which was a stone which was a letter in three different languages (hieroglyphic script, Demotic, ancient Greek).

The texts could be someone that was well versed in several languages and the code is a mix of several languages, sentence structures, and coded symbols for single letters and entire words, which are mixed together in a single language structure that is set by its the rules of the writer of the text.
