While I respect and use most of his principles regarding personal finance and disciplined financial lifestyle, this stuff makes me tune out furiously. How many husbands call in and say “My wife is acting like a petulant spoiled c~~~.”? I bet this woman’s husband has a few details to add to this story…..

Dave does have a lick of financial sense, but he always gets on my nerves due to his smarmy s~~~ like this.

This man should thank his lucky stars that he possibly has a woman who is conscientious about finance. They truly are few and far between. However, if he brings home enough money and is not taking on excessive debt on depreciating assets then she is just trying to control him just like 99%+ of c~~~s. Not enough information for me to draw a valid conclusion.

I don’t need any c~~~ doling out my allowance. I suspect this to be the case.

Truth is women and financial sense rarely mix,I laugh whenever their is a female ‘expert’ on one of the finance vids I follow.
Truth is they are the #1 culprit for driving up consumer and household debt,giving them a credit card is like giving an alcoholic a bar to run.
Case in point,the next possible CIC of America was recently shamed for spending $3500 on a purse (that probably cost $35 to make) Her defenders argued that she has worked hard and deserves it.
If she were just some corporate rich bitch and not running for public office,I’d agree.
However would you really want a CIC that has such a low sense of business that she either has no concept of cost and markup or just doesn’t care.
Now would you want this individual handling national economic affairs the same way?
