Video Editing Software

Currently Im using windows movie maker 2.6 with no addons or plugins. (For video)

Looking for a better ap or some sort of pack to give me some more options.
Any recommendations?

Sony Movie Studio Platinum, it’s essentially Vegas with a few of the more snazzy options taken out for 1/6 of the price

Whilst its actual video-editing capabilities alone aren’t marvellous, Blender 3D can be used to create some really good stuff if you know how to use it.
