I found a site that streams video and audio.  It’s 100% free, but there’s one requirement that you have to use creative commons licence.  Which means anyone can freely distribute with non-commercial purposes.   If you want to start your own podcast without paying for bandwidth this is the place.  Here an example of video streaming.

Files size is 10 GiG maximum.

A good tip. I would like to ask you more about that. Do you have to use their service and bring up the content on their website? Or do you use them as a storage platform. I am only familiar with storing media on Amazon CDN.

No i never personally have used it, but a podcast I occasionally listen to uses it.
