I’m thinking of using a babysitter to have my son picked up on days when he’s not with his older bro. I simply don’t even want to have to look at my ex let alone talk to her.

Do any of you guys have experience with this? I have no experience with this particular thing, but I’m considering it to avoid any contact with the ex and that includes eye contact. I want nothing to do with her, if at all possible, I’m not talking about exceptional and necessary by law interactions, those pop up inevitably. I mean any contact that can be reasonably avoided.

It might be wise to check with your lawyer regarding any possible implications.
Well, I can forget the baby sitter plan. I had to break no contact in order to agree to a special visitation day. I managed pretty well this time though. I managed 57 days no contact, and that’s with kids.
