Prejudice? If wanting to know where my food comes from and not being part of a corrupt, self-serving system is prejudice then so be it.

The UK government isn’t a corrupt self-serving system?

    Remoaner perhaps?

I was, believe it or not, a long-term Eurosceptic. My first vote went to UKIP in the 2004 EU elections. I voted for them again in 2009 and 2014. I was destined to vote leave had it not been for swallowing the red pill.

Part of my awakening was acknowledging that i’m just as disposable to my fellow countryman and government as i am to any woman.

Yes but why would that make you vote remain in the EU or did you just not bother voting?

That’s funny, imagine how s~~~ty the beef is that we ARE getting because the us exports their ‘best quality’ meat to other countries.

If you want real, good quality meats and produce you need to shop local in your community, visit farmers markets and farms and get back to naturally produced foods instead of industrial produced foods.

That’s what I’m getting at why do you believe staying in the EU is in your best interest?

The weak pound has already increased my cost of living and it could get a whole lot worse. Bear in mind how incompetent our government are and how Brexit is the biggest issue facing us since WW2. I wish i shared your optimism and i hope you’re right.

I think Trump will agree a FTA with the UK on his terms and US corporations will get everything they want. Trump knows how to win negotiations, while May is clueless.

Most U.S. meat from grocery stores, tastes terrible. I can taste the chlorine or whatever it is, and do not feel healthy after eating it. I also hate that they sell it on a piece of styrofoam with what look looks like a used maxi pad, f~~~ing gross. The best I’ve had comes from family and friends who have smaller hobby farms. Venison is also a great alternative for me.

Also look for a local meat market or butcher. You will get locally raised meat. Support local farmers and business at the same time 😀

Totally agree. There seems to have been a big increase in local producers recently, certainly in my area. Long may it continue.

I agree with yo 100% about how incompetant our government is and May’s track record as Home Seceretary was abismall.

The shambles of the negotiation i think is deliberate because 70% of the government are staunch remainers, I don’t think it’s just incompetant.

Although I suspect Davis couldn’t negotiate his way out of a paper bag.

Regarding the £ I haven’t noticed a huge increase in my costs and of course the supermarkets being what they are will use it as an excuse to inflate prices those cnts make huge margins and never pay suppliers on time.

    hahaha

CJD (mad cow disease) was caused by greedy farmers, foot feeding the cows with feed they knew was made out of things it should not have been made out of.
