This is pretty scary I guess a lot of people who can’t make payments on their student loans will be arrested. I wonder when the economy collapses the number of people in the prison system.

What troubles me is why people still go to college even though student debt is just going to ruin their lives. Vote with your wallets. That’s what makes this entire situation worse.

Storming into someones home with machine guns is a good way to get someone killed.

    Debtors prisons are back.

Since debts are a civil issue the victim will neither be given a lawyer, nor a jury trial, just thrown in prison.

I have come to the conclusion this system is a negative sum game. The more you try to put into it the less you have.

I have focused more on seeking inner peace and spirituality by removing all negative influences and thoughts in my life.

Though, the one question left is how long the pussy pass going to protect women? Most college students are not women. Most of these women take huge loans for degrees that offer no jobs in the market. And just going after the men with debts is not going to do a damn thing to scare the women debtors into paying.

But, everyone forgets the job market is in the tank. Everyone but the super-rich are struggling to make ends meet. It is not like people can pay their debts even if they want to. And it costs about $50,000 dollars a year just to house one prisoner.

The math states that this cannot continue.

And given all parties refuse to compromise their position, I do not see a positive outcome in this situation. This is all going to end in tear. The only question is how?

This is what we can expect in the future of for profit prisons. If I am not mistaken there is no bankruptcy for student loans and they have found a way to fill the prisons up. I wonder who thought to put that clause in. So I am still waiting for the first article to show a female being arrested for non-payment of student loans. To me it is a great shame to see young people enticed into loans that they have very little chance of obtaining gainful employment from, then saddling them with debt that cannot be discharged. Not that I favor discharging of debt. I don’t. When I was college age, I did not go into debt for it, I didn’t attend college because of it. Now I own two houses outright; no debt, no interest, no bankers. That would have never happened with debt attached to me from the beginning. I wonder when the real estate business is going to wake up to the fact that young people are already carrying too much debt and can no longer purchase the homes that years ago would have been at the top of their list of needs. Then they can sue the government and we will see which industry has more pull. My opinion is the bankers will always win. Or whomever gives the politicians more money, as that is all that matters as far as I see. Eat the rich, they taste like s~~~ but it gets them out of the game.

That won’t ever happen. The government will just ask her to name everyone she f~~~ed in college and figure out how to get their money instead.

Fun Fact the CONSTITUTION SPECIFICALY SAYS YOU CANNOT JAIL OR FINE SOME ONE FOR A DEBT THEY CANNOT PAY

straight up under cruel and unusual punishment
    written under excessive fines
also found in demeaning or lower class in society or such as “The “essential predicate” is “that a punishment must not by its severity be degrading to human dignity,””
you cannot impoverish a person or jail then for impoverishment

but regressivist will just pretend the constitution doesnt exist like usual

Well it’s like this: He’s not in prison for “debt.” Oh gracious no! He’s in prison for contempt of court or being disobedient.

Contempt for our legal system is now a federal crime. That makes me the John Dillinger of our times. I’ll have to put up a sign saying my house is a “safe space.” That should keep the SWAT team out!

Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?
