Gentlemen,

yesterday I made a funny discovery, maybe you have not noticed, yet. From time to time I go to dating sites for a quick hook up over the weekend. There are some sites for this and normal dating sites I avoid completely. I sign up, pump and dump and delete my account.
This week I came to a site called internationalcupid.com, a site specialized in European dating. They have a lot of partner sites like africanintroduction.com or russiancupid.com. It’s all normal dating sites, not my usual hunting ground. It’s quite some time ago I used this kind of sites and so I decided to see what changed. So I signed up, put in my real photo, education etc, because I am not a liar. Within minutes I got some responses, half of it from women from the US, all with decent pictures. This made me curious, because it is not very typical for Americans to look outside their country and why should they, it’s big enough to have more or less everything for anybody.
So I started to chat with some of the ladies and got very quick responses. Again, very unusual and I expected a scam. Two of the women were black, according to the pictures. Because I have no racial preferences I did not care. Four women agreed or offered to switch to Skype and talk by webcam. Again, very unusual, but ok to me.
What I have seen next will hunt me for life. None of the pictures in the profiles was real. In reality three of the women was black and none of them had a shape closely related to a human being. All four was single mothers, of course you did not find anything of this slightly relevant information in their profiles. The worst of all, one of this ladies had her t~~~ out before I could shout NO, while in the background an infant of maybe two or three years in diapers was running around. I think it was t~~~, but I am not really sure about that, because nothing really fitted usual human anatomy.

I know online dating is a big scam, but that was completely new to me. After this I looked around the sites and found hundreds of US women trying to find men in Africa, Europe and even in East Asia. Are they so desperate to find a husband? Why they are not starting by asking a simple question: Why do my local men not want me anymore?

My conclusion: The marriage strike works. Women are getting desperate.

I think MGTOW discusses trends and developments. I see a lot of political topics here, many social topics etc. Maybe it could be a little deeper sometimes, but the great thing here is, nobody forces you to do something, except maybe to cancel that wedding you are planning to have. No matter why you are here, if it is to share your bad experiences, get help or have a good laugh, it is possible and that’s the great thing about this community. I have rarely seen such a diverse but still united group of people. With a diverse group of individuals comes diverse interests and I enjoy looking beyond my usual range of topics.
Another important factor about a diverse group of people is, it is likely to find people sharing your views and interests. If I find something interesting to me I share it here and most of the time I get positive responses, sometimes a great discussion develops.I find it also important to get responses from people with opposite views. The arguments help me to question my views and sometimes to adjust. I don’t want to live in a bubble, surrounded by people always agreeing to me. This is convenient, perhaps, but does not provide any help for your personal development.
