I am no new fan of Trivium, and yet, after GMOW, this music has now a new meaning (or perhaps the meaning it always had, and I could not see it).

Today, I am thinking about how this world put men down, and how many of us actually decide to fight against those things happening, and how many simply decided to give in to the pressure and do as the Matrix told them to.

Much of ourselves is burned down and sacrificed for the new being that we all here have become, some of us having become completely new men (or the men we should be), and this situation being so strange to the lies we have been spoon fed since tender ages, that it pushes us into the brink of nihilism, to an almost complete withdrawal, to our complete destruction, only to be reborn, into a completely new, better state.

The liberation that is delivered by our philosphy is nothing short of amazing. Most of the statements I saw (and see) on this place (specially about the older men) are that they have been so liberated from the things that hold them back, that they regret not knowing MGTOW previously, some even declaring that it would have saved them from many headaches and situations that put them under fire, sometimes literally.

How many lives of men that our philosphy have saved? I see daily men telling here and in other platforms that MGTWO saved their lives, that some of us had been on the verge of suicide, and MGTOW took them away from looking down that gun barrel, or that jump by the tall bridge, to certain death. Things like that should be advertised everywhere, MGTOW philosophy should be a subject in schools, every men should now of its existence, and yet, this is where it all boils down: MGTOW is ONLY for people who look for it.

How many of us actually had been introduced to MGTOW because another man told us where to look, or brought us the red pill knowledge in small doses, so we could reflect on that, and them we dove deeper and deeper into the “rabbit hole”?

I find this piece of MGTOW very puzzling.

I would never have found this site if someone hadn’t told me about it and he isn’t even a member, nor does he even really agree with the way we think. He and I are on a motorcycle forum and he said that because of the way I speak about women, this would be a good site for me.

I thought I was alone in the way I think, but I had already made up my mind to go my own way even though I hadn’t heard of MGTOW. I already knew I was different than everyone else around me, but I was done trying to fit in to this f~~~ed up society. I had already swallowed a 55 gallon drum of red pills and wasn’t going to listen to these idiots anymore.

Then I came here and found all these men who think so much like I do. All of us have stepped outside of the societal bubble and we understand that there’s a better way to live.

I don’t disagree with your statement that it should be taught in schools, but you know that would never be allowed. MGTOW goes against what “normal society” believes no matter the religious or non-religious beliefs or political affiliation. Unfortunately, I believe, for the most part, a man has to be destroyed before he can be reborn and see the truth. There may be some out there who are lucky enough to have lived MGTOW all their life, but from what I’ve seen, on this site anyway, is that most of us had to endure the fire and be almost reduced to ash before we decided enough was enough and we don’t give a f~~~ what society or anyone else believes or thinks. We’re going to live the way we want to live.

MGTOW philosophy is not for every man, and many so called “red pill’ men will fluctuate back and forth between the red pill and blue pill worlds as the Blue Pill is powerful, and it can only be “managed” through ONGOING red pill LOGIC.

It was thus for me. As a highly curious person and seeker of truth, I kept going further down the rabbit hole. MGTOW was deep inside.

I have found the truth and it has had a beautiful effect on my life.

But yes it is not for the masses. The masses need their bread and circuses. The enlightenment of our species cannot happen overnight, it is a slow process. We are just ahead of the curve.

Thankfully I no longer really care about ‘the world’, that is some blue pill s~~~ I don’t have time for. I’m alive, and thankful for that. Better not waste any time or energy on anything that doesn’t add value to my life. I could be dead tomorrow.

Life is good as a fully internalised MGTOW.

I’ve been MGTOW for years and didn’t know it. Feminism has grown so out of control and ridiculous… PUAs were stupid clowns, selling garbage to desperate lonely men. Dating coaches.. It all bothered me. Plus I didn’t feel the need because I got pretty much any girl I wanted. MRAs, had good ideas. I’m a single dad and got screwed by the Friend of the Court system.. But there was something so sad and pathetic about them. I realized early on, especially in the media, men were being s~~~ on constantly.

I decided after trouble, being cheated on, cheating on my girl, having ex girlfriends cheat on their husband’s with me, even going to jail because of domestic violence accusations and all the other mess that comes with relationships, it was all a scam.

I walked off the plantation and vowed never to get married.

Then as feminism went F~~~ING HAYWIRE, I was convinced I had made the right choice.

Who the f~~~ is their mixing engineer? God sakes. Motherf~~~er, go back to school. No dynamics, NO GODDAMN HEADROOM. Drum set is mixed mono, and and the whole thing is DULL and Lifeless. All the Energy and emotion is strpped from the performers. The mix does not get good with the guitar till about 5:04. There you can hear the layering that fattens up the sound. And I can tell , THIS IS NO TUBE GEAR. its all f~~~ing Electron BULLS~~~ FILTERS.

Yea. Whatever. I know.. Not the topic at hand. But, I sure wish we had the old guys back in the studio. GOD even my old Originals sound SO MUCH better then the remasters now. I get it that so many people have s~~~ systems and earbuds. But this is the WRONG way to go.

And the damn echo.

F~~~ it. Listen to this. IT sounds like S~~~ on a Low fi system. AND on headphones IMO. But on a open set of speakers, natural room acoustics, MY lord. AMAZING.

Even when mixing PURE synthetic music, it still sounded right. You can hear something other than MONO trash. The Instruments are mixed to have air.

I mean here is another example of how the Drums and the instruments seem to echo, but sound like a room, not some stadium with fixed echo.

This is a good example of a “Flat” recording. They tone up the highs, and call it a day.

In this video, you can clearly hear at 1:47, they open the mic and put some air into the recording. before then its almost monotone, but that was the effect. Towards the end, you can hear the syth up above in the air.

My GOD the recording engineers are just LAZY TODAY or they just don’t know any better or don’t really take any passion in the music they are mixing. Metal has gotten so S~~~ today to. All the good mixers are all busy doing other projects. And all the really great ones go do work in Hollywood. More money. I know they are smaller than sheep farmers as an industry, but LORD. Most of them ended up with divorces. So. THANK YOU WOMEN! THANK YOU CUCK MEN! you even ruined MUSIC FOR US.

Damn, give me the f~~~ing tracks. Great music ruined by a s~~~y mix.

Trivium has an incredible “tight” shredding sound. I love their song Strife. This old skool to thrash guy gives these kids a thumbs up!

I whole heartedly agree, Mick. And I dare to say, what REALLY killed the music was the auto-tuning and the bad sound engineers that we have today.
They tried to “perfect” the acoustics, and they ended up with ROBOTIC SOUNDS. Music should be like humans: flawed, but with LOTS of soul and feelings. This gives IDENTITY, something that we lack today, BY A LOT.
