None of my accounts use my real name; my FB account is an alias, and I use disposable e-mails to register most accounts. I would advise this strategy even if one is not in the custom of posting controversial material since one never knows when some tumblrina landwhale gets “triggered”.

how does the university even find out about a tweet like that?  did somebody actually file a complaint like “so and so called me a psycho bitch on twitter” with the school?  How much of a child do you have to be to do something like that?  Then for somebody at the school to take it seriously enough for discipline is insane.  How is anybody being prepared for the real world?  Oh it’s university.  it has nothing to do with the real world.
