I wouldn’t be so sure of that if I were you. ALL companies are worried about lawsuits and act accordingly. Human resources departments are quick to solve problems, problems that they’ll always believe exist if told to them by a woman. I’ve seen it myself. I’ve been a victim of it. All any young women or old woman has to do is claim that they can’t do something because of this or that, somebody said something offensive, someone touched them in any way, etc. etc.

That’s all that it takes. I work in an environment were this unfolds every single day of the week, I’m not kidding or exaggerating. Everything is set up to cater to women and their whims hence the workplace can be manipulated. It’ll keep happening until the legal environment changes and the culture changes too.

To your point not every business is like I’ve described, but so many of them are as to make your point almost irrelevant completely.

I honestly have lost faith in humanity. We need to stop catering to the need of these whiny millenials and actually take responsibility. But of course, Political correctness and Special Snowflake Syndrome will get in the way of American Success.

As a professor at a nationally-ranked liberal arts college I should remind you all that grade inflation is a HUGE problem. This UGA episode is a natural next step.

Colleges need those tuition dollars. Why p~~~ of your “customers” by slamming them with the truth about their abilities?
