The study by the University of New England’s business school found female employees were perceived as unreliable and inflexible due to their family commitments.

Another male principal said child-rearing resulted in significant disruption to the careers of female employees.

(Women) cannot progress further with having many career breaks or part-time employment options in this field,” he said.

Hmm, now where have we heard similar quotes like this before? Milo sounds very familiar when he defeats the “wage gap” myth. There you are ladies a proper University study to prove it.

Dr Adapa said that this was due in part to female employees being excluded from networking events.” Total nonsense. In other words they cant sleep their way to the top anymore so they are playing the jilted Mommy card!

Females, do you want a corner office or a 9 to 5 job? Pick one!

You could also choose to have a stay at home husband, but you don’t need a man, right?

we see once again the problem ,
    women want it ALL .
    impossible
for eons women were held up on the pedestal they desire, for having children.
    now they want workplace accolades..
AND wonder why they don’t get them when they are out of work giving birth.
    well,
YOU CAN’T HAVE YOUR CAKE AND EAT IT TOO !
    reality check.
    pick ONE.
if you order from column A AND B you will pay MORE .not EARN more .
uh, maybe you DO need a man ..
    just not ME .

The solution is simple for those women.

Stop being controlling. Stop monopolising childcare. Take responsibility for the choices you make. Do what’s best for the child. A child has two parents.

If women are being excluded from networking events, that’s the fault of women for making false allegations of sexual harassment against men in the workplace. Women will have to take it up with them. I’ve worked in business and none of the guys wanted to work with women for that reason.

I’ve never seen a woman sexually harassed in the workplace, but I’ve had female colleagues stroking my hand on the desk while I was busy working. Should have seen all the female attention I got too when female colleagues processed the invoice for the new company car they bought me and saw how much it cost.

They are just bitter they can’t bring their cats to work.

It’s not sexism, it’s keeping your distance so that you can keep your job.
I agree with Hitman. They want their cake and eat it too. Women are so used to everybody changing the rules to suit them that it’s gone full circle. You wanted equality, now deal with it.
If you choose to have children, treat it as a privilege and not just a birthright. Women have it wrong, they treat it as a birthright and expect a bunch of privileges because of it.

Feminism isn't about equality with men, it's about leverage over men.
