Started an 8 week course last night in mindfullness. 4 men (one I was already aquainted with). One woman came late but couldn’t make it the room due to anxiety. Of the other 12 women, there were two lesbian couples, and one pre wall female. The rest of the women were deeply wallinated. I was grooving on the hive mind suffering and general anxieties.

Mindfulness in a woman is almost non- existent.
All the women I have ever known seemed trapped in anxiety,depression,endless soap opera drama or just f’d up in a general way.

I am free of all that nonsense today.

Women don’t know how to be happy. I am actually developing compassion, but not enough to reengage with them.

I live free today & guilt free. I come & go as I please

Yes Johnny, I was not that keen to do the course, but as a Ninja MGTOW monk, to see wallinated lesbians sooking is kinda worth it. The course is trying to teach self compassion. I have no injury to heal. Towards the end of the night a wallinated “uni student” was keen to engage… nothing happening MGTOW lust shields at max, warp speed out of there. I even managed to make the welcome hug of the convener kinda tentative!

Have done Vipassana Monk… I found the course very cool… the course I am doing is kindergarten in comparison.
