Currently, when I see a female officer here (NI), she’ll be with 2-3 male officers – typically in a vehicle. So because these women want to play cops & robbers, male officers now have to be to be assigned to babysit them – because let’s face it, a female officer has no real prospect of success in apprehending a determined and violent male suspect on a 1-1 basis, even with the tools provided to them.
