Nothing about this has anything to do with being a victim. It has everything to do with “what you are prepared to stomach” when it comes to female behaviour. Nobody “falls prey” to this standard – they allow themselves to be controlled, they put up with it, just like any other s~~~ test, under the illusion that women will value and respect you more if you do.

When MGTOW call this out for the bulls~~~ that it is, it’s not possible to be a victim, because we won’t put up with it. We draw a line and say this far, no further. But the idea of her proving you’re not gay would entail them giving her responsibility. I think more likely they would tell you to prove you are gay and demand you show them prior boyfriends willing to testify to your homosexuality. Prove you had actual sexual contact with men. That’s more in line with the policy of the man being the one to prove rape didn’t take place. Getting the LGBT community onside and simultaneously nuking the bias of “straight male privilege” seems smart but I would like to see a test example (at some American campus) likely to see how well that defence works..The difficulty in using it is why we haven’t seen it so far I believe. Personally, I don’t think using a computer full of gay porn (craigslist ads etc) is a valid defence because surely a lawyer would argue that it proves pre-meditation if anything. I mean downloading gay porn and doing online set ups [even prior to the “crime”] doesn’t prove you’re gay, it just proves you want to use the gay defence. And I think combined with the fact that the gynocentric authorites would want to find you guilty to start with, that I don’t think it’ work, This is all speculation though.
