    Hi Guys,
    UK based in Oxfordshire.
Worked IT for the last 30 years – everything from IT support to a period where I was a senior security Engineer 20 years ago.
Wife left me and I ended up running a small support business for 17 years – till my boys got to University.
Wanted to go back to full time employment and have been the sole on-site engineer at my companies largest customer for 2.5 years.
Had a change in the customers management and found I now had a female Boss – I have no bias and thought I could hack it.
Turns out she felt I did not give her the respect she deserved, why she deserved better than the previous manager I don’t know.
She spoke to my MD and asked for me to be taken offsite.
By the time my MD has the b~~~~ to tell me, he has already taken me offsite on the pretense of training.
When they hand me a document, it states the item above as the first reason and this as the second.
“As part of second hand conversations, she felt I treated the women differently from the men. Whilst she accepted this was hearsay, she felt it resonated with her in some way.”
No previous conversations or warnings – but hey ho.

I’m considering my options and have not settled with my employer yet, nor on whether or not I employ a solicitor to deal with point 2.
I mean, in this day and age, that could mean anything, but I feel it is a veiled threat and am considering pushing it legally all the way.
If someone independent asked about this, I believe the women would not agree with the assessment.

Anyway, I suppose I’m calling out to any MGtow in the UK, know of any MGTOW based companies in the UK who are looking for employees.
For a quiet life (No women) after this, I’ll quite happily do admin, data entry, first line support, even builds till I prove my worth.

Anyone who is looking, or knows of someone who is, we could arrange a chat online initially.

    Respectfully Yours,
    Smee

This is a de facto disciplinary. She is clearly trying to force you out.

    No previous conversations or warnings.

They do not appear to have used the proper procedures.

Go and see an employment lawyer.

Bear in mind that failing to fight this may damage your future employment opportunities. A stiff letter from a lawyer early on might mean that you can leave on your terms.

    This actually happened to me.

A spiteful female manager tried to railroad me out. However, as a former full-time union official, she found that she picked on the wrong person.

In America, Contractors have no rights to sue. They can fire you because they don’t like the way you look. If it’s the same in the UK (and I gather it probably is), then a solicitor (lawyer) will waste your time and money.

Don’t ever work for a women anyway. Consider yourself lucky. Something better is waiting for you. In retrospect you’ll see she really did yo a favor. Everyone staying is going to live through hell under her.

Also.. she was probably hotly lustful for you, and masterbastes to your social media profile pictures every night. Seriously.
