Well the ‘tolerant’ left did it again.
They came up with last minute requirements that were meet.

Former Breitbart Senior Editor MILO posted a video to YouTube Monday disputing a claim that the student group organising the upcoming Free Speech Week had failed to file the appropriate paperwork for the event by a given deadline. MILO claims a number of emails and documents prove that the Berkely Patriot group did, in fact, contact the college multiple times but were “stonewalled,” regularly receiving no response whatsoever from the university.

If Berkeley claims that paperwork was not file that they had been stonewalling, they likely have opened themselves up to a massive lawsuit.

Milo has the resources to take them to court but I wouldn’t like his chances in a Kalifornistan court.

This might be a federal court case. Every time the progressives go to court it is almost always a federal judge and not a state judge. The American people (an the allies of the American people, such as Milo) should have the same right to go to federal court.

And he should judge shop just like the progressives do. Do not file it under the Ninth Circuit court. File the case is another circuit court with a more friendly judge. If that is what the progressives do. Such as the federal judge in Hawaii over the recent travel ban.
