Sad news with two of our brothers killed in a construction site accident at Eagle Farm, Queensland, Australia.

Eagle Farm construction deaths: Two men fatally crushed in concrete panel collapse

Tell me again how all the women in air-conditioned offices typing on computers, making phone calls and photocopying are oppressed by the evil patriarchy again given that beneath this concrete slab two MEN have been crushed to death? –

Eagle Farm Construction Site Deaths Concrete Slabs

So next time a rabid feminazi is banging on about glass ceilings and wage gaps, ask them how many of their workplace sisters have been killed on the job –

The sad fact is so many men do this dangerous work their whole lives only to lose most of their gains through divorce rape and child support payments. RIP brothers.

But, but, but, the air conditioning is sexist.

LOl I had a contract for a Gov’t building and one floor had forced air coming through the ceiling with no dampers on the vents. So I kid you not, every single broad on that floor asked for a damper to be installed in each of their offices.

So I gave them my estimate both time and $ (which didn’t matter sine tax dollars were paying for it) then started at one end and worked my way down.

Only one guy complained, the mangina told me the air was too ‘loud’ so after installing the damper AND putting fibreglass insulation around the vent itself he now tells me that it’s too f~~~ing quiet and he can hear the people next door!

F~~~ing Gov’t workers, good contracts but dealing with them is a real pain in the ass,you have to have a certain mentality to be a civil servant I think.

Lifes a bitch, but you don't have to marry one!

Trench work failures are more common than you think. it’s one of the most dangerous things often overlooked. The excavations (spoilage) should not be piled immediately next to the trench but away from it. I won’t go into or create dangerous trenches, trench boxes used properly save lives!

A poorly dug trench is nothing more than a nicely dug grave.

Think safety and take the extra time, injury or death is only a blink away!

This is a very sad story. For the men who risk their lives everyday at their hazardous jobs, and the women that have to put up with all those phallic symbols of oppression in their office jobs. (ballpens)

Respect to the Sandhogs! Men built the tunnels without which New York City would not exist!

Perish forbid a girl should be uncomfortable in her skimpy little summer dress!

Thanks Jan! There was a way to make me smile in the face of this tragedy and you found it!

Edit: Men do things! Every time I drive the roads around my undisclosed location, I see men fixing things, building things, and so on. I rarely, if ever, see women on their crews. Sometimes a woman does the “slow / stop” traffic flag waving; that’s about it.

(Maybe she was a flag girl in Jr. High?)

Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?

Spot-on RoyDal, these are my exact observations here in Australia. I never see the female road-worker doing any digging, tarring, fixing the trucks, poring the concrete, setting the formwork, driving the pylons. The woman is always the stop /slow lollypop person, but no doubt on the same pay as the others. That’s equality for you.

    same thing over here.
not nearly equal work for the same pay.

Good find RedRojas. Found the full documentary ‘Sandhogs’ on YouTube and 30 minutes in, still no sign of a woman down the hole doing this dirty, dangerous work.
