Anyone proven of having falsely accused someone of rape should be given the identical sentence, period.

Plus extra for also trying to use the justice system to punish someone they know is innocent, and for attempting to “play” the justice system. If any of the lawyers and judges also are aware its a lie and sentence the guy anyway or try to before the truth comes out, throw them in jail for the exact same charges plus abuse of power and conspiracy/collusion with plaintiff, and conspiracy to deprive innocent person of constitutional rights.

None should ever be able to get out of their sentence early, no matter what.
