I think feigning beta could well be my best option all considered. NC doesn’t seem to be working, with these cluster B personality types it increases your value in their eyes too much I think. It seems to send them into a rage and that’s when she’s been escalating.

Her ex husband left her and basically went into hiding and never contacted her again, but hes name and reputation in the area were completely destroyed. He’s moved on since and has a new gf and baby (frying pan to the fire?). Anyway my ex still saw it as perfectly acceptable to send him Christmas and birthday cards once she found out his new address. She actually saw no issue with this, such is the lack of boundaries.

I’m going to develop a plan of attack for feigning beta, it will hurt my ego but needs must I guess. I also think a police report will need to be filed.i need something on record incase this escalates even further.

I put up with so much of this outrageous behaviour. She’d create arguments, then storm out all evening and come back round in the morning like nothing had happened. God knows where she’d been all evening. Doesn’t take a genius to figure out. She’d also go to the cinema quite frequently with her “male friend”. I would follow all the advice above.
Once you’ve done all of it, or in preplanned portions, do ANYTHING that will completely! take your mind off of her.

Heavy Squats.
Action movie.
Racing Go-karts.
Long mountain hike.
Camping.
Recreational drugs–NO I’m only joking.
Test drive a high end car.

Then, mentally return to this task at hand. Update it. Work it. Take another break…

if it gets to that stage, then don’t rule out security video cameras and a private investigator.

Document everything and get a restraining order / no contact order against her. It probably won’t keep her from trying to f~~~ with you, but it will establish a prior legal paper trail if she decides to escalate to making false accusations etc. Prosecutors and judges take a dim view of accusers who violate restraining orders.

What experienced recommends above I found to be very helpful aiding me in getting over her.

A few months ago, I saw her at a gas station first luckily. I did not want to establish contact and was driving a car she had never seen before. Unfortunately, it is a convertible. She and I are both very distinctive looking.

I had the top down and had to drive past her. I watched in my rear view as she turned her head rapidly as I sped by her in the gasoline stalls. I knew she saw me. I watched as she hurriedly tried to catch up with me in traffic on the main road. My car is fast so I punched the pedal to the floor and quickly turned into a not so desirable neighborhood to lose her.

Once you get over a borderline, you’ll always think of her as raw sewage.

I remember one rage mine had out of nowhere featured her sucking on beads from a necklace an ex had given her. She kept a trophy box of things she had kept from her exs. She actually showed it to me.

The good news is that she is what it took to make me go red pill.

mine didn’t cut either, but she did have a lot of tatoos which i realised is just another form of self harm.

I’ve had my mobile number over ten years, but i’ve decided im going to change it. its pretty hard removing someone from your life when they won’t leave you the f~~~ alone.

BPD is one f~~~ed up personality disorder. 80% of them are female.

Let her rage. That’s what they do best, and it is truly awful. I’m assuming your’re UK so contact the police if you have not already and file a report. I do know restraining orders are next to useless in my State and there are some complications to actually getting one. Get that paper trail started. Head those white knights off at the pass.

Generally, BPDs like to have a replacement lined up before they branch swing. They are way worse than normal women in this respect. Once she reels in an orbiter, she’ll be distracted. Don’t be surprised if she still tries to contact you with cheating offers. Mine is an HB8 so we had plenty of orbiters to help me.

I saw mine with 3 different men outside of my replacement while she was dating him. I can’t believe the dumbass got back with her after she divorced him.

The funny thing is when mine dumped me she told me she was preparing me for my next girlfriend. She was right. I chose to go red pill and MGTOW.

i removed all social media and we have no mutual friends so i have no actual proof, but a few things have led me to believe she is seeing someone. BPD’s are always trying to save the planet one recycled relationship at a time, but i wish she would just move on. Borderlines only ever want what they can’t have.

she’s a very attractive woman. probably the most attractive woman i’ve ever dated, but her stunning looks just allows her to get off with more and more s~~~ty behaviour. i want this bitch gone for good.

She most definitely is seeing someone which hopefully will become her next victim. BPDs are always seeing someone else even when they are with someone. Having her seeing someone else is exactly what you want.

Play her properly, and she will slowly ramp it down with you w/o you getting hurt. I know mine f~~~ing lost it when I dumped her first. BPDs are all about control. A lot of the are very attractive too. Mine even still looks very good at age 41. She was always adamant about not getting herself sunburned, and it shows.
