Tuna have been caught in their latest scam over shared parenting.

The Government brought in a presumption of shared care.

There is evidence of police, children’s services and children’s court reporters deliberately creating misleading documents to frustrate the shared parenting presumption.

It isn’t clear at this stage whether this is a deliberate duplicitous scam by the Government to brush father’s off and make it look like they are doing something, while underhandedly instructing officials to do behave in this way.

But in any event, the Government is on notice and is failing to act.

The more men speak about this and wake up, the more evidence will be gathered and the Government will have to do something or it risks being accused of the crime misconduct in public office.
