Ill happily admit my own fualts with my own way so far in a sense of me mainly choosing my own way out of logical presevation and self ownership but im looking to expand the way i might try to do this through other ways in trying to find my “deeper personal passion” or find my “one thing” in my personal self to help push me to be even better as a person and passionate in my life where i can improve and gain both mental and spiritual fufillment possible and trying to expand my own personal mindset for the better.
Im not looking for some one to fill in the awnsers for me sinc ei do feel this is something i need to find for myself ( the whole idea of the own personal natural fit and all)
bit I am looking for any tips on how to find it either through methods, thought processes and phylosophical questionings or actions to help me try to find it if any one has any suggestions ?
P.S hope im making sense but at same time part of me feels i might just be talking out of my own ass form time to time

That “One Thing” is for you to find within yourself. It is different for everyone of us although being Human we’ll have similar ideals and anchors to our innemost drive.
What is most important to you besides your survival will be that One Thing.
For some guys it’s their little child, for others a deeply developed set of personal rules that follows some long-thought-over philosophy and still others it’s their own personal freedom and the liberty to express one’s self originally and peacefully without being shamed, harassed or incarcerated. The list isn’t exhaustive.I am looking for any tips on how to find it either through methods, thought processes and phylosophical questionings or actions to help me try to find it

Stop watching TV and movies. Start working out. Spend quiet time alone and just think. Get comfortable being at rest, observing.
Then you’ll start to work things out. Find your own thing.
Oh, and if you drink, maybe stop. Clarity of thought is a wonderful thing. Be mindful, be intentional. Make decisions. Don’t just react.

Cool, i have stopped watching 99.9% of tv for the most part minus stuff i stream on my computer
the only drinks i really have are whiskey and ciders but thats a rare thing every now and again not a huge drinker got that covered I think.

I have one take it for what it’s worth.
1. Identify four things that matter to you and make sure they are “core values” at the top level. No details.
Examples are Family, Health, Financial, Personal Character, Career and more. Pick only four that matter the most to you.2. Rate each value from 1-10 how good you are at it, how happy you are about it.
3. Write down why you rated it that high or low. Use honest reflection.
4. Draw a box and label each side with one of the values and make that side only as long as the rating. E.G a 10 side is twice as long as 5 side. You will have a trapezoid.
5. Think of ways to balance the box so it looks like a square and not a trapezoid. 5-5-5-5 is better than 10-10-10-2.
You want balance not high ratings. Make it square6. Pick one to work on and write down what ACTION you will do to balance it. You may want to bring a 10 down and or bring a 3 up.
Again think balance.
Work on that one thing. Repeat with each little win.Example you identify you want a better relationship with a sibling.
Action – I will call once a month and put that on my calendar.I want to eat better – Start a food log.
Simple, easy, steps over time.
If you rescue a damsel in distress, all you will get is a distressed damsel.
