Men have been abused by the Dept of Education by being called rapists under the Dear Collegue Letter to all Universities saying that men should have no way to defend themselves of rape accusations. The Obama administration did this without public discussion or hearings.

They say that 1 in 4 women are raped on college campuses.

No one would send their girls to college if this were close to true. The point of the letter is to demonize all heterosexual sex by poisoning the well and allowing all women to get a guy labelled a rapist and kicked out of college.

Trumps new pick for Dept of Education has donated 10K to FIRE, the one ACLU like body that has condemned this travesty of justice.

There is hope for men as this will most certainly be applied out of college unless these man haters are stopped.

#DearBetsy: Kangaroo courts won’t solve campus sexual assault problem

Dear Betsy: Even students who’ve been accused of sexual assault deserve the chance to defend themselves.

Betsy DeVos is President-elect Donald Trump’s pick for secretary of education. This past week, groups such as End Rape on Campus launched a #DearBetsy social-media campaign urging DeVos to continue the Obama administration’s policies, under which schools across the country have defined sexual assault in expansive terms and scaled back protections for students accused of it.

What is FIRE, Foundation for Individual Rights in Education. A very well known and respected expert organization regarding rape on college campuses. They are very main stream.

Exactly, there shouldn’t be two different systems of justice – one for on campus and one off.

I’d even argue that it goes against your Constitutional rights for a fair trial.

Well they have now over leveraged and one man is gonna bend them over and properly f~~~ them for it , because they pasted the wrong face on a photo.

The “Education Department’s Office for Civil Rights would like to pretend there’s no lasting consequences when a person is falsely accused, but Sacred Heart University can’t pretend any longer.

There is now $1 million defamation lawsuit against Sacred Heart University by 29-year-old Gary Douglas and they have the nerve to “apologize” and “wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors”.

    http://www.thecollegefix.com/post/30719/

“We realize you had no involvement whatsoever in that incident and regret that your photograph was mistakenly displayed by security at the University. We wish you the best of luck in all your future endeavors.”

Isn’t that so well meaning after they refused to pull his photo down.

    Forget draining the swamp.
    Take a blowtorch to it.

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

This false rape s~~~ is like a new trend . A world wide trend . Men are pedo’s , men are violent ,

I only have this to say . Men are silly for been involved with a woman but we have come to the point now that you don’t even have to be involved with them . I know woman like my c~~~ sister saying to her sons there dad raped her 20 years on because one of them wanted to find his dad . Me and my father were shocked and told him the truth . We now haven’t seen him in around a year and a half . That was one example .

These rape laws are dangerous to all . It could lead to a knock on the door from a relationship years ago . Rape compensation the key to the car . Woman believe there lies are real .

THE PLANTATION HAS NOW TURNED INTO THE KILLING FIELDS . WOMAN ARE NOW ROLLING CAMBODIAN STYLE .

More loss of revenue for the feminist fraud machine when campus which hunt trials go.

I want to see Trump totally destroy these interest groups and lobby group that are controlling policies. And I hope he gives women’s aid a massive slap down. I admire Trump for having the strength and decency to stand up to groups who are bribing politicians. Any politician or political party that takes secret commissions and bribes from lobby groups should go to jail.

Then I hope we get same here in UK.

The ball has already started, just need to keep it rolling and keep the pressure on.

I’ve never understood how a school has any ‘jurisdiction’ over activities that do not happen on school property or under the supervision of school personnel. Nor do I understand why an institution created for the purpose of learning is involved with law enforcement in anyway. Sure, a private school has the right to retain or rejects students as it wishes, but I do not think a public school should have that right.

The Catholic School case isn’t really all that helpful since the victim wasn’t a suspect. The real danger is the damage caused by a false accusation.

    Ok. Then do it.

I believe there is only ONE way to stop these false rape on campus accusations .

STOP HAVING SEX WITH WOMEN IN COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY !!!

And avoid the holy f~~~ out of women on campus.

NEVER be alone with a woman/girl on campus.

    Go Grey
    Manhttp://www.itstactical.com/intellicom/mindset/gray-man-strategies-101-peeling-away-the-thin-veneer-of-society/

Avoid being noticed where ever possible.

Get your degree/s and get the f~~~ out.

Better yet dont date or have anything to do with a woman whos going to school/college.

Women want sex affection companionship and to date .

    So

Gynocentrism gives them the power to do something about it.

If the men would just step away.

Sooner or later this would be resolved.

The men need to be able to say.

“No we do not trust you enough to be in any intimate situation with you.”
    .

I have been saying this to men for years.

No law or change of laws is going to fix this problem.

Its an MRA viewpoint that changes in laws will fix things.

    The big MRA flaw.

Laws are not going to change female behavior or nature or our culture.

Being someones boyfriend on campus is just putting yourself in a hazardus situation.

    Same thing with hooking up.

    Just dont do it.

frankly my dear i don't give a damn

Based on current news, that doesn’t seem to be enough. Being a student by itself puts you at risk of false accusation.

side note: I wonder if there are GPS trackers available that log locations. Could come in handy to prove you were not where she say’s you were.

No law or change of laws is going to fix this problem.

I disagree. If false acquisition is a punishable time, the volume with definitely drop off. Changes in laws will work. The problem with the MRA viewpoint is they believe they can actually get the laws changed. That is the flaw.

I agree that you won’t change the underlying nature of women. She will still WANT to accuse you of rape, she just won’t be able to get any traction on that emotion.

    Ok. Then do it.

The National Review says that the AAUW, American Association of University Women, are vociferously attacking Trumps pick for Secretary of Education.

Women will stop at nothing to cause any man to be locked up for decades for one of the worse crimes you can commit at the word of a woman with no corroberating (sp?) evidence.

Here is FIRE’s stated position on the railroading of accused college men:

“The basic protections for which FIRE argues — the right to the active participation of counsel; the right to see the evidence in one’s case and to meaningfully question witnesses; and the right to an impartial tribunal, among others — benefit all parties and do not impede the pursuit of justice,” the group said. “Outside of the campus context, nobody would argue that reducing due process protections, including the burden of proof, is necessary to secure a just outcome.”

The article it came from that lists more links and hits the nail on the head:

Here’s a very anti-Trumps pick for Secretary of education calling her pro rape.

In the comments is a post that says it represents the stated opinion of the republican party.

We can only hope so. I’m putting the whole comment in so you can see the bias coming from the progressives.

Nor should we forget the 2016 republican platform’s language, removing all consideration and responsibility for sexual assault from America’s campuses:
The Administration’s distortion of Title IX to micromanage the way colleges and universities deal with allegations of abuse contravenes our country’s legal traditions and must be halted before it further muddles this complex issue and prevents the proper authorities from investigating and prosecuting sexual assault effectively with due process.”
Guess too many sports stars, and Daddy’s depraved “chips off the ol’ block” just couldn’t take “NO!” for an answer.

False rape allegaions are no joke. This femanazi gynocentric regime of terror needs to burn in the bowels of hell and s~~~ into oblivion. Never have I seen a more hypocritical culture than that of accusing an man without evidence of a crime and then seeing the punishment of that crime affect him without trial. There is little to no reward and very high risk. Watch your backs, the mob is out to get you.

It’s pure game theory, in my country, 80% of rape accusations are false. What happen to men that go to prison and are innocent ? They are RAPED there. What happen to the c~~~ who accuses a man in public to be a rapist, get him fired because of that ? Nothing, those c~~~s don’t get any penalization. After some local scandals, some judges are going against the evidences, and only the [strong]word of the c~~~[/strong] counts, no forensic evidence nor what the man says or testimonials.

If she can f~~~ a man life entirely, with no effort, and if the plan fails, there is no consequence, why not ? We all know how c~~~s are, how evil they are, and their true essence.

If they faced the very same consequences for false rape allegations, only a few of them will have the courage of making false accusations.
