I don’t know the ins and outs of what he has said but it does look like Bannon goes and then 5 seconds later the warhawks are at it again….
As usual – he reversed himself. Campaigned on one thing and did another. 16 years in that quagmire is long enough.
Why don’t we send a s~~~ load of drones in and bomb the f~~~ out of them? It’s really not that hard. That was what should had been done in the first place. A few hundred bunker busters and done. They are worried about the loss of life on the enemy side?
WTF. THIS IS WAR!!! Get it done and move on.
As usual – he reversed himself.
Actually, President Trump has been keeping his campaign promises.
He pulled out of the TPP and the Paris Accords, renegotiating NAFTA, putting conservative on the Supreme Court.
President Trump on the campaign trail never promised to be an isolationist. He said he would send the military to kill the enemy and then leave.
4000 troops is not as many as you may thing. For comparison, the U.S. has 30,000 soldiers station in South Korea.
Rumor has it that President Trump’s generals wants tens of thousands of troops sent to Afghanistan. President Trump is sending enough to do the job. President Trump is trying to get Pakistan and India to help. And President Trump made it very clear he has no interest in “nation building”.
The Romans once had a recurring problem, too: Carthage.
They fought 3 wars against Carthage.
Finally, they destroyed Carthage (Cartago delende est), symbolically sowed salt into the ground and sold the population into slavery.
I think there is a lesson to be learned there.
All my life I've had doubts about who I am, where I belonged. Now I'm like the arrow that springs from the bow. No hesitation, no doubts. The path is clear. And what are you? Alive. Everything else is negotiable. Women have rights; men have responsibilities; MGTOW have freedom. Marriage is for chumps. If someone stands in the way of true justice, you simply walk up behind them and stab them in the heart-R'as al Ghul.

Anonymous42Before the Soviet invasion and occupation, Afghanistan was a peaceful country isolated from the world, seems wherever the two big bullies go the landscape is ruined forever, mines, bombs, unexploited ordinances, birth defects from DU rounds, Agent orange, just a whole ball of death wherever they roll!
The permanent members of the UN security counsel are never charged with war crimes no mater what they do.
I cannot justify war, it’s an atrocity in and of itself.
Mankind’s ultimate failure in my opinion, but if you’re gonna start the killing,
KILL EVERY LAST MOTHERF~~~ING ONE OF THEM!
I was actually confused by this too. He just had several meetings that ended with speeches about focusing on the country, focusing on rebuilding the U.S. in many avenues and spending less money in war. This was an announcement that seems the exact opposite on the surface, so I can only wonder if there is something deeper that makes this reasonable. Perhaps the poppy fields have something to do with this, as that is a hidden gold mine, and I think there is profit being made there in unscrupulous ways.
