I cant convince you of that. We both know it’s all speculation. I don’t know the future. You don’t either. We can only make educated guesses based on previous events and logical assumptions.

Pete, I read a lot. I just try not to engage people in arguments on the net because I don’t have a patience for arguing.

We have already done that. The sanctions resolution was passed 15-0 by the UN Security Council. He knows it is about to get really ugly. He already said they will shoot down US planes. North Korea has done this in the past.

That is MY opinion. You can help change that if you present ar argument that makes sense to me. I am happy to listen to your argument for WW3 happening as a result of us defending ourselves against a potential military attack from North Korea.

China is not going to enter the conflict–they are not going to expose themselves to a losing battle. And I’m sorry GregBo economic sanctions have failed. And the Korean people have had their chance to handle things internally–they failed.

The threat is simply too great to ignore—appeasement isn’t going to work. Kim wanted to play with the big-boys well there are consequences. I say wipe them off the face of the earth–which our military can do within 90 minutes. what can anyone do to stop us?

Yes, but that is not the reason we should authorize a military strike. We should only do that when the United States is threatened. He has made it pretty clear he is going to strike us. The question is, do we wait until innocent American lives are lost?
