    Although I was not aware of it, I have been MGTOW for about 20 years. I never really enjoyed dating that much. Even when I went out to bars I always felt pressured to approach women because I knew that they were not going to come to me.
    I am not sure when the red pill kicked in but I decided to stop putting pressure on myself. I do not ask women out and I do not hit on them when I go out. I pretty much ignore them. I am friendly and polite but that is it. I have had women make more of an effort to come to me but I just blow it off.

    The result is that I relax and enjoy the people I am with. I enjoy my evening with no pressure. I enjoy my life more without always asking myself, “should I ask her out?”
    Women make absolutely no effort to meet men so leave them alone.
