    Got your class A ?
Google trucking companies that are hiring near you.
Or sit at a busy truck stop and write down the ad’s on the back of the semi’s. .
You’ll be working again soon. .

S~~~, you can get on at a ton of places. You might have to travel, or work a s~~~ty route, but there are tons of them. Get some endorsements, that usually helps. A hazmat and tanker doesn’t go amiss. You have to sell yourself, make yourself more useful, be able to do more s~~~.

My dad was a trucker for years. The one thing that he always told me was that you are only as good as your reputation. I don’t know much about getting in the door, but once you are in the best thing you can be is dependable. Showing up every day is the single most important thing you can do. A work ethic will automatically put you in the top 1%.

He always told me that what he really loved was knowing he already had money in his pocket before most people got out of bed. He just recently retired in his 70’s. I can say he truly loved that job.

Good luck, I hope it works out for you.

Trucking industry is about to be uprooted with self driving trucks. What ever you do make sure you have some back up plans in he works. Maybe trucking mechanic / maintenance?

I thought what I'd do was I'd pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes...or should I?
