I beleave his story .

But his theory on why he got zapped has changed .

He is now thinking that the ufo zapped him by accident . Like a power surge as the craft powered up .

So he is saying it was like an ambulance call . So they didnt mean to f~~~ him up . So they picked him up to fix him .

Travis Walton does seem sincere in interviews I’ve watched, but there are theories that the men may have faked the incident (perhaps in a failed attempt to collect on a $1M prize a tabloid was offering). Skeptoid podcast episode 94 discusses some of this. It’s an interesting case, for sure. I do believe that intelligent life almost certainly exists “out there” (whether in physical outer space, or in some other dimension), but as a man of science, I’ll have to see some pretty strong evidence before I accept that they are visiting. I’ve been studying the UFO / alien phenomenon for more than 20 years as a “hobby”, and for various reasons, I’ve become more skeptical as time has passed.
