[This story is a few days old, so you all might have seen it already. Frankly, I’m not even sure it’s a MGTOW topic. That said, here goes!]

First the news story:

Now my story: Years ago, a friend had some valuables disappear from his hotel room. The thief had to open a ‘locked’ suitcase and then open a shaving kit that was zipped shut. There were no signs of the theft — everything was closed up again. He didn’t spot it until he was packing to check out.

My response was to bring my electronics and valuables with me, or have them put in the hotel safe. Nothing is left in the room that I can’t replace for cheap.

This does not surprise me. I never left anything valuable in my room and I hang up the do not disturb sing and request to never have my room turned. But the fact that it is a woman looking for something does not matter, if it was guy it would amount to the same thing, creepy and unethical.
