It’s a crappy idea (pun intended), but the law is the law.

It’s because we have that Annise Porker… ‘scuse me, Parker… as mayor of Houston. I’m glad I don’t live IN Houston, but right by it. I don’t see any of those here in my area…yet. I HEARD that there are people combating this law though, because as you said, it’s a crappy idea.
