I work, won’t say where, but law enforcement.
We have just been informed via internal internet message that we have a bi-gender working in the organisation.
This is, apparently, a form of Transgender.

This person is a man, but sometimes, when he fancies, he will come in as a woman – and everyone has to like it. They are different people i.e have different emails, logins,
official identification etc.

This same organization does not allow people to show tattoos, but is embracing this “being yourself at work” ideal. It is political purely. They must get so many brownie points.

I am not quite 30, but I have no grasp of this world anymore. Did I ever? Possibly. But now I am too old for it. :S

Meh, I do think that “brownie points” is bannable and offensive.
The connotation that ones nose is up someones ass is rather graphic and sexual and or orientational.
OR the connotation that is a prepubescent female is surely a slur or bannable or offensive.

My mate used to work at a mechanics that had “Trans” in the name (they specialised in truck transmissions), and, this still gets me, one of the office guys actually was a tranny.
