Women aren’t held accountable for false accusations. They can just shoot their mouth off and if they find out the man is innocent, then she walks away scott free. His reputation is damaged forever, and she can walk around with no consequences. With all the feminists and sjws, these c~~~s might even be applauded.

Feminism is a movement where opinions are presented as facts and emotions are presented as evidence.

    she can

    Yeah… She “CAN”.

But that’s how poorly women understand “power” and “rights”. No moral compass or concept of right and wrong. Just: “I can and I will”. For every right a woman has to do something, she also has the right NOT to do it.

Women who pull this manner of donkey s~~~ are SCUM. 100% pure toilet trash SCUM.

    truth.
this has occurred to me many times in the last few years.
i have quite a few ‘rights ” that i choose not to exercise..
law suits in general are more headaches than they are worth..
but i have the “right ‘ to SUE if my coffee isn’t made to my liking at starf~~~s starbucks..
not worth my time to pursue..
not worth compromising my values to get a few extra dollars in my pocket..
i could sue people all day long if i wanted ..
living with my conscience afterwards is the problem.
in New York, if you sue , there is a record of it.
after a few times your credibility is lost..
like the “boy who cried wolf “..
now it’s the “women who cried rape ” ….

True! I can testify from personal knowledge. A friend got hit with child abuse by his wife (who happens to be a lawyer) just so she could get a more favorable divorce settlement.

It has a sort of happy ending. She dropped the child abuse accusations when he caved on the financial settlement.

D’you know that Tommy Lee never hit Pamela Anderson? She wasted no time in telling everybody that he was a wife beater and a terrible father. But shortly after he was released from jail, he revealed that while there was definitely a fiery argument, he never hit her.

In fact, she hit him. Punched him square in the head while he was trying to take the phone off her. When he’d recovered, he tried to take one of their sons outside for some fresh air, which set her off on a pushing and slapping tirade. In the end, he had to shove her away to stop their son from getting hurt, which caused her to slip over and break her nail. He then left the house and took his son outside.

By the time he returned, the police were waiting for him – and they just automatically arrested him. Didn’t even bother listening to his side of the story. Given that Pam has never been an angel herself, I can easily see that being the way it happened. Why did everybody conclude Pam to be the helpless little flower? She was in Barb Wire for Christ’s sake, she clearly wasn’t above anti-male tendencies. Worse still, it wasn’t even the first time that it had happened to Tommy Lee. Some years later, the woman that he’d married before Pam, Bobbie Brown I think her name was, started making similar claims. She said that he had beat her a number of times, too – only to be shot down by Tommy’s sister, who said that any physical abuse in that relationship was dished out strictly from her end.

Document and audit trail everything if a woman makes any type of false allegation and keep that evidence in numerous back up locations permanently.

There is no limitation period on a criminal offence, meaning even 20 to 30 years later a woman could be charged and convicted for making false allegations all those years ago.

These women think they are being smart, but I can guarantee that in the next 20 to 30 years you will start to see women being convicted for having made historical false allegations.

That is a worthy project, to gather and preserve all the evidence with the goal of sending them to jail. Perfectly lawful under Data Protection legislation too as it is for the prevention of crime.

If the police and criminal injustice system aren’t going to do it, we can do it for ourselves.

It’s time to start focussing on solutions not on problems.

This is quite simply untrue. “Statute of limitations” vary by location, but they exist nearly everywhere. For instance, where I live a misdemeanor is 1 year. Most Felonies are 7 years (murder and manslaughter and a few other are exceptions and have specific statutory mentions). “Filing a false report” is a misdemeanor here, so without relatively immediate action there is nothing you can do after a year or so.
