Hey! I’ve got a hint: Quit sending us boring junk!

There are some movies on the list I’m going to watch, but none I have to watch. My picks will turn up on DVD soon enough.

Since I no longer go to movie theatres, I usually end up watching my flicks on the telly.  If I don’t like it when it’s shown with commercials and other such interruptions, chances are I won’t like it if I see it uncut.  Even then, I usually find myself saying, “Boy, am I glad I didn’t pay for a ticket to see that rubbish!”

Birdman (Oscar best picture) is about a tortured soul tormented by psychotic hallucinations. Now, why should I go see it when I have all that at home?

The movie industry has a one size fits all theme, all the CRAZY s~~~ and then some! cars doing 50000000 flips before exploding with the force of 200 lbs. of TNT. All the physical impossibilities linked one after another, no f~~~ing story! All you need to make a movie nowadays is 200 flashbangs, cars to wreck, and some f~~~ing tool, fighting and being beat by a woman. Hollywood is doing a fine example of self destruction, sooner the better! I have replaced Hollywood (in my mind) with LIBERAL F~~~ING BULLS~~~!

Hollywood has, on the whole, been in decline since the studio system was disbanded.  That’s not to say that everything that was made in the old days was gold because, to be honest, there was a lot of rubbish churned out.  But, on the whole, the quality of movies were much better.  Actors acted.  Movies had plots and didn’t rely solely on special effects.  Motion pictures were more like works of art back then and the people who made them took pride in what they did.

Hollywood is creatively bankrupt. Even the Oscar favorites are all re-hashed bulls~~~ for the most part.

Used to watch it as a child and growing up – without fail – every year. Haven’t been interested in it for at least 8 years. Just heard the “equal rights for women” clip (from Patricia Arquette) on the car radio…. and had to pull over to finish laughing.

Patricia is a perfect example of the wall in action. Just look at her in Lost Highway, complete piece of ass. Then she got the little Dutch boy haircut for that TV show and adios sexiness.
