Took my 76 year old mother to the Hospital.

My dad once went to a specialist for some minor surgery… a form asked whether he has any firearms. He wrote “f~~~ you” on that line. Surprised they still agreed to treat him after that, but from what he said I got the impression that the doctor himself was rather conservative — but the health “system” he belongs to requires the use of standardized forms.
