I got p~~~ed at my overall health and decided enough was enough about 3 weeks ago. Not only did I quit tobacco completely (a small miracle) but I started dieting and exercising.

    mild Keto-like diet:

I eat meat & salad, cheese, eggs, coffee, water, tea….. coconut water (after workout) ….
(Obviously, no bread, crackers, chips, sugar drinks, sweets etc….)

I’ve had very little slip ups. Like putting some croutons in a salad aint that bad right? I got coerced into eating bread a couple times so I had to work extra hard to burn that off.

I’m mainly doing two things to exercise. 30 pushups a day and riding a bike 10+ miles a day on average. I drink a ton of water and just keep doing it. I missed one day so I rode the bike 15 the next day. I did 30 miles on Monday, that one was crazy.

I can’t wait to look slim and fit. I’ve definitely shed some water weight as they say. The trick is just to eat salads and meat hardcore for like a week, twice a day. Don’t eat carbs or sugar if possible. No bread or anything like it. No f~~~ing Gatorade or sweet stuff. I dont even drink the fake sweet stuff. Just coconut water after a long ride. I love riding the bike. Its a Kona Rove gravel bike that can take anything. Lightweight and can go over grass, rocks, curbs, anything….

Just keep riding and listening to Rock n Roll music…and keep eating salads and meat. Soon I will be in shape. That is what I want.

I keep telling myself, that Im doing all this to get laid. Its been very long since last f~~~. (5 years). Im 32. I’m bald and somewhat ugly (that I cant control) but I can make an effort not to be overweight. In fact, Im going to be back in shape! Like when I was enlisted! Then, we’ll see how easy it is to get laid.

I’ve already noticed that women are eyeballing me. They first look at your face (then look away as if they weren’t interested). Then they will look right at your pelvis area too. I can see them looking, mostly women in their late 30’s so far.

Once I get laid, Ill just go back to eating Sarsaparillas and Pancakes. JUST KIDDING. I may not even try to get laid. Its honestly a big hassle and a risk. I not working for it, that I will tell you.

I have a pretty good natural bar against getting laid. I pretty much say blunt things all the time that p~~~ women off. And I can’t stand their boring dribble too so I will just walk out. I’ve done that alot, just up and walk out…I say good-bye of course, then I bounce. LOL. It’s mainly because I don’t have time for their bulls~~~. They need to chase me, not the other way around.

Well, Im haiving fun getting in shape, that is the most important thing, the journey. I doubt that sex can make you feel this good. You basically bury your nose in a woman’s ass, then pound your dick in it until you jizz. Then its pretty much misery after that, dealing with her bulls~~~. With a bicycle, you ride that bitch all over the city and she never complains and there is always a new trail and new road. Love it.

Kona Rove gravel bike. About $1,500 worth every f~~~ing penny. RIde the s~~~ out of it and be sure to clean and lube the chain. Air the tires to 60psi and hit the dirt roads with an iPOd listening to whatever you want!

Well done brother. I’m happy for you. As a guy who lost and has kept off 33Lbs over 4 years now I will tell you losing the weight is the easy part. Then the real long term commitment starts or it’s just gonna come back. Strength to you bro.

    Peace is > piece.

    I’m happy for you.

Thanks my friend. I like riding the bike. It’s fun like a video game. Being fat/chubs sucks, I like feeling like this (amped up and ready to ride).

    Be well.

Ketogenic is Really the way to go.
I have been studying and following this for 3 years.

Amazing discovery this week for me: AVOID LINOLENIC acid ie.”omega 6″ like the plague.
Previously I knew it had pro inflammatory effects, but hyperlipid’s Peter
and Dr Eades show it is more elementary: a mechanism by which it affects our mitochondria
to NOT sense the energy load and overload the cells i.e. lead to fat gain.
It is pretty intense, involving the electron transport chain.

So like the blue pill, Saturated fat is GOOD FOR YOU.
We are lied to by f~~~wit nutritionists and vegetarians.

Palmoil and coconut oil is not a USA product-> we are lied to and told they are bad.

    TLDR
Keto good, Natural fat is good; seed oil bad, polyunsatruated fat kills (and yes the trials that establish this are 50 years old!)

Afinogyny.. from the Greek Afino {to abandon/ to set down/ to leave /to allow/ to let } + Gyny {Women} MGHOW’s philosophy to not engage women without “hating them”. Narcorca =Narcissistic Orca typically spouting to a bathroom mirror taking an arms length selfie ; Wallinate describes post wall females whose SMV is terminally negligible New Years resolution "To not make women happy" . Instadestitue: yet another Neologism for Men that cohabit with women that decide to pull the handle of intervention orders.

I’m not a big enthusiast of Keto, but I have several friend who do it and love it.
If your goal is to lose weight, keto is not necessary, but you can be really sure that you will be away from a lot of s~~~ty meals if you keep your keto diet.
Keto/Clean eating is not guaranteed to help you burn fat, but those restrictions will basically throw away a lot of foods that in the long run won’t be good for you.

If you are aiming to burn fat, caloric deficit is enough. But if not, try to eat far more than you are used too, processed foods are caloric as f~~~, if you just cleaned your diet, you will feel like “I’m eating all I can and I keep losing weight”, because for example, an omelet of 2 whole eggs + 10 egg whites, is less caloric than a some potato chips + coke, but the chips + coke won’t make you feel full.

Keto is hard to keep in the long run, if you ever want to change it, don’t do it in one day, that will depend on how your body responds and how much time you were in keto, but remember to go slowly adding carbs if you ever want to go back.

I’m mainly doing two things to exercise. 30 pushups a day and riding a bike 10+ miles a day on average. I drink a ton of water and just keep doing it. I missed one day so I rode the bike 15 the next day. I did 30 miles on Monday, that one was crazy.

If you just start exercising, buy a heartrate monitor, just to be safe.
    Keep everything under control.

’m bald and somewhat ugly (that I cant control) but I can make an effort not to be overweight. In fact, Im going to be back in shape! Like when I was enlisted! Then, we’ll see how easy it is to get laid.

Feeling good about yourself is good, but keep that for you, focus on what you think that is good for you. If doing exercises and getting a good shape is something that will make you feel more confident, make you feel happier, then do it !

Brothers, even for those who don’t do Keto, please eat a lot of fat !
Only avoid anything fried in soy fat, that s~~~ kills.
The deadliest mistake than anyone who get into exercising do, is to “eat clean” and then end up cutting almost all the fat.
I’ve met guys who eat less than 50g of fat a day, and none of that fat was even acceptable, 5 meals of chicken and rice, and the chicken with soy oil so “it would not cook right in the pan”.

First thing first – kill the word diet. Why? Because diet is something you come off of one day. Instead call it lifestyle change.

Avoid the nitty gritty details about omega this or that. Don’t swear by any ‘diet’ as some magic pill.

Physiology: Insulin spike (sugar/carbs/high protein intake) will immobilize any fat break down. The goal is to reduce your insulin spikes throughout the day. High fat content doesn’t need insulin for the body to use as energy source – so no insulin spike.

Fasting for 18-20 hours and eating within a short period of time (3-4 hours) achieves similar goals – wherein you can eat sugar and snacks in moderate amounts and not gain weight.

Jason Fung, M.D. has a well-written book called ‘The Diabetes Code’.

Fasting is key to maintaining a slim frame into old age. Autophagy and numerous other benefits of fasting are incredible; not to mention increase in human growth hormone production (upwards of 1500%) if you fast >40ish hours.

Best wishes to you brother. Keep us posted.

Damn, I am interested. I would like to lose this f~~~ing spare tire. I will check out that book. I need to get my diet in balance. Funny thing is, I was in the best health and stamina when I was eating Carl’s Juniors burgers each day with the lettuce as the Bun. I lost weight and FELT GREAT! Never tired either. I been eating bad lately, but I hope to change that.

AND WAY TO GO BRO!. Looking good is good for you. Now if I could just BULK the f~~~ up, that would be great. I am sick and tired of being weak. Been biking, but man, I need a new seat. And I need to get the f~~~ of the smokes. I don’t need them anymore. I just use it as a crutch.

You are all alone. If you have been falsely accused of RAPE, DV, PLEASE let all men know about the people who did this. http://register-her.net/web/guest/home

Thanks everyone for the diet lifestyle change advice. Eat proper, burning fat, and exercise seems to be a lifelong learning experience. I’m gonna ride my bike and avoid sugar bread. I heard from a MGHOW before, only eat the stuff on the outer rim of the grocery store (produce/meat/cheese…) avoid the stuff in the middle and stay out of the bakery/pastry area. Maybe I’ll throw up some before and after photos if I get fit as a fiddle, Im not too worried about docxing.

And I need to get the f~~~ of the smokes.

It’s hard to quit nicotine. I smoked for 10 years. Then I quit smoking and dipped for 5 years. Then I quit that. I’m over 3 weeks off it and it’s great.

The way I did it is… it has to be like 100 degrees F outside and you’re drinking tons of water, recycling your fluids…then you need some great spiritual upheaval (dramatic emotional event) in your life that p~~~es you off, frustrates you, or basically motivates the s~~~ out of you. That is the part which is hard to mimic. Once I had those two, I quit buying Tobacco, the s~~~ costs too damn much anyway.

I have moments where I think I need a DIP (usually after a rigorous activity or after food). It last 10 seconds and I don’t use. I honestly think of the hamster in that commercial, sucking on the nicotine while the guy sucks on a cig. F~~~ that, Im done. I mainly quit because it’s a $2000 a year vice. I can’t afford that. That’s $20K in a decade. F~~~ that.
