The idea of living in my parents’ home have its advantages and disadvantages:
Advantages:
I could get two rents instead of just ony one, by renting even the house I live in right now.
Three stories mansion, probably the very best of the little town – even with three persons living in it’s still better than my average apartment.
Disadvantages:
It would be an hell for my kids: I would see them much less due I would be far away from them.
Loss of personal freedom.
I would have to drive 30-40 minutes more each damn working day – it wouldn’t impact my money (I use the company’s car) but it’s still 30-40 minutes x 22 working days each month = almost 13 hours each month.

Conclusion: it doesn’t pass costs/benefits analysis.

First, he assumes we’re all American.
Secondly, that we are all young enough to have parents who would want us in our basements (if they have them).

Next, he postulates that we can’t really believe women are utterly useless because we can appreciate a good looking woman.
