    The phenomenon paints closing the gender wage gap as a zero-sum game, but that’s not the case. The IWPR notes that for the divide between men and women to close, women’s real wages just need to rise faster than men’s, but men’s wages can tick up too.

    This fallacious meme of a pay gap has become ubiquitous throughout society and it is so contrary to the reality of every workplace I know about.
    It has become offensive to me in the way hearing racial slurs are. Womanly of me I know, but I’m triggered.

    Everyday above ground is a good one. Everyday above ground while single...better still.
