Why would that be important, you might ask?

As I’m approaching 60 in another month, there are certain types of food that I’m eliminating from my diet. I’m already a health nut as it is, but I’m going to crank it up a notch.

I cannot remember the last time I had a corn (corny) dog. I had three today.

Here’s why you should NEVER eat corn dogs (or anything similar) again.

Number #1 – The corn crust surrounding the dog (weenie) is most likely GMO (genetically modified organisms). GMOs should NOT be eaten by humans or animals.

Number #2 – The weenie (dog). The cheapest meat would be the factory farmed pig or chicken. Neither of which are allowed to roam free on a natural diet, but instead are cooped up in a confined area and fed GMO feed. These animals ARE SICK. You can’t get healthy meat/eggs from sick animals.

Number #3 – Last, but not least, the oil that the deep fried food is cooked in is either soy, canola, corn or cottonseed. ALL GMOs!

    RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!!

Isn’t that funny. Just the topic made me click it, because I was at the market and thought I want one of those terrible hotdogs on a stick. I din’t buy one, but I wanted to. I think I haven’t had a hot dog in at least 2 years. Thanks for making me feel much better about my decision!

When I asked if it was beef he said yes 100% pure beef.

But in my mind I know that meant: 100% pure beef lips and assholes.

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

How right you are. With chickens there’s probably the feet and with pigs probably the ears. Especially when one buys the cheapest on the shelf.

By the way it’s been at least 20 years since I had a corn dog and 3 to 5 years since I had a foot-long chili cheese dog at Sonic. I just don’t eat that way much any more. All I do is look around me at the obese and sick people and I say “Nope!”

Could I get one of those “sausage patties on a stick”? Gotta love the sausage!

Never had a problem with corn dogs myself. But I haven’t eaten any in a while due to budget cuts I made for the 2015 fiscal year.
