Only of academic interest as I will never marry again, but that was really interesting and continues to reinforce the view of the imbalance and inherent unfairness in the legal system.
Also shows that lawyers and Judges don’t like “normal” people trying to avoid future legal wrangling and reducing the fees of legal parasites and will use any excuse to make things complicated to line their own pockets.
