I was told that my VA benefits were safe from garnishment. TOday, 1300 dollars was taken out of my account. So. Now. I AM FLAT BROKE. 0 in my accounts. BOTH OF THEM. They even closed my saving account.

And charged me 100 fee for doing it.

I have no job. The bitch keeps putting me in jail. I just lost my VA school since I was stuck in oregon due to not being able to leave. And NOW. been told that I can’t even contact for visitation by the order. And that includes 3rd parties if you read into the orders.

So. Now I have no gas in my tank. THe parts I needed to order for my car I can’t. I can’t pay my bills now. And I am about all out of funds.

So I am all out of options. I can’t even drive to work. I can’t do anything. And Supposedly I have visitation this weekend, but if you read the order, I can’t contact her.

So, now that I am on Probation, I have to pay for that… But I am not on probation due t them not being able to do so by law..

I have no money to even get a cup of coffee. Or by smokes. So. I guess that’s just how it goes.

At least if my money was in crypto, then I would still have control over it. But now. I have nothing.

And thanks to the bitch, I got dropped out of my VA school program. So I am f~~~ed.

In addition, as stated in 5 CFR §581.104(b) payments or portions of payments made by the Department of Veterans Affairs pursuant to sections 501–562 of title 38 of the United States Code, in which the entitlement of the payee is based on non-service-connected disability or death, age, and need are not subject to garnishment. Furthermore, 5 CFR §581.104 (f) indicates that education and vocational rehabilitation benefits for veterans and eligible persons under chapters 30, 31, 32, 35, and 36 of title 38, United States Code, and chapters 106 and 107 of title 10, United States Code are not subject to garnishment.

So how did the bank accept the writ to take away these benefits?

I was given the number to the division that does this, and last time I heard, the banks is not going to just go WOOPS, we made a mistake even though they see that the transfer is clearly VA education benefits.

So how is this possible? And is there anything I can do about this? I doubt it. But I thought I would give you guys a heads up. They will break the law, they will do whatever they want.

So I guess. I just make some useless phone calls while I still have a phone, and look forward to maybe taking back some items to the auto parts store, and hope they give me a refund.

Wonderful how life is. I hope this information helps someone out. But as we all know the state gets to do whatever they want, and the banks and everyone else just say yes sure right away and are going to do whatever they want.

I will have a video up on how it is talking to these people. Talked to the guy, and he was the one that really helped me out.

But OH DEAR. THEN I got to talk to women later. AND THAT is when it ALL went down hill.

I am going to post redacted copies of my order on here and keep you updated, but you should hear some of these responses. Including a hang up.

I thought this was MY bank? Well. No. .. Found that out the hard way.

There is one more thing to note. If your bank is in multiple states, even though YOUR STATE may have a protection or something, they will not follow the laws in your state. IE, they will go through another state in order to take advantage of their laws in order to circumvent any protection that you have where you reside.

What else I found, will blow your mind. It concerns your private financial information.

All it takes to garnish any paycheck and send it to anyone is just a letter. I wish I was kidding, but the letter does not even need to be verified. That should scare you.

Now here’s another thing. Safe deposit boxes are also not safe. They order goes out and says ANY PROPERTY that you have. That means Houseboat, car, papers, anything.

If you have anything of value in your safe deposit box, it is now to be sent to the state.

Legally? That’s a slippery slope. But what it looks like on the surface is that “PAY ME ALL THE MONEY OWED”.

Not they do this weird thing where all your deposits AFTER the fact they have taken out the initial amount, all go to the amount requested, even though they can not do this after the initial amount withheld is done.

There is also a law that says that they can not charge garnishment fees. But they did.

Now, what they do is not freeze your account, they keep it open to accept deposits, but then when you get one, you don’t see it electronically on you online bank. I noticed one day I had no savings. The other day, I had 0 in savings. So it seems someone is daily screwing around with your account.

Now here is what you can do about this

1. Contact the FTC, and make a complaint there. Won’t do you much good, but if the bank is breaking a law, then they can help if you get someone there to contact the bank and tell them of their error. The FTC really does not really work for the little guy. Most of these large organizations don’t really deal with the little guy. But the more complaints they have go into a log.

2. The Federal reserve can also chime in on this as well, and has a form to fill out. They don’t again do much in the form of helping you out directly, but they can confirm things for you, and may even be able to get a letter to you on their letterhead so that you can forward this to your attorney, (that you can’t afford) or bank.
