While I think it’s great that the accused (male college students) are becoming more and more successful at suing the f~~~ out of universities for false rape charges and expulsion, I wish the few men who attend college today would quit putting their dicks in the hornet nest over and over thinking they could never be stung.

IX rape convictions are due process violations. No man accused of a crime in the United States should ever be denied:

1. His Constitutional Right to Criminal Due Process.

2. His Constitutional Right right to an attorney.

3. His Constitutional Right to confront his accuser.

4. His Constitutional Right to a jury trial of his peers.

5. His Constitutional Right to be considered innocent until proven guilty.

These witch hunting kangaroo courts are just a sham used by feminists to oppress men and to create false facts in an effort to get people to believe in their lies about rape culture.

I think its worst. Its the classical female technique to make men avoid a place. First they demand admission, then they demand special conditions, then they bully the men, then they got the place for themselves.

Title IX was sitting and percolating for years (issued in 1972), but it clearly wasn’t doing it magic fast enough for its supporters. Hence the “Dear Comrade” letter with its directives and lightly veiled threats of extortion.

I understand warning men and making them aware of the dangers of associating with women – especially on campus – but let’s point the finger exactly where it belongs.

Women are not supposed to make false accusations.

A false accusation is horribly wrong and entirely twisted. As a man, I don’t wander through my everyday life thinking some bitch is going to make up a story about something that didn’t happen. That’s INSANE.

When it happened to me – and no sex ever took place – I learned, but I still fail to see how I should have known that she was so f~~~ed in the head ahead of time.

Present day colleges and universities are hardly “higher education” anymore. Even Princeton’s HR department tries to ban the word “man” from being spoken on campus. They are intellectual f~~~ing retards already.

Young men are not missing out on anything by not going to college. Women have lowered the standard to education to such a degree that NOT attending makes a man better off. For realz.

The problem is that there is no such thing as IX rape conviction. Universities cannot charge you with a crime. All that they can do is expel you and tarnish your good name.

I could be wrong about this Universities can set their own admission standards and reasons for dismissal. So why do they kick out students accused of rape? The same reason the NFL would kick out a player, public perception. They only se title IX as excuse. On some level, I do think a university has a right to protect their image, however, not if it’s a publically funded university. As well, the way to fight a rule based on public image is to tarnish the public image for having the rule.

Personally, I think the Universities are doing a tremendous disservice to all students with these policies. If a rape actually occurs, that is a legal matter and should be dealt with in of law. Both the victim and accused deserve that. If the accused is found guilty, they he would not bea attending college anyone, since he’s likely in prison. If the victim lied, that kick her out instead.

Boy and the RattleSnake Story

“A little boy was walking down a path and he came across a rattlesnake. The rattlesnake was getting old. He asked, “Please little boy, can you take me to the top of the mountain? He came all the way down the mountain holding the snake carefully and took it to his home to give him some food and a place to sleep. It is time for me to leave this world, and I would like to be at my home now.” The little boy felt he had been safe all this time and the snake had kept his word, so he would take it home as asked.

He carefully picked up the snake, took it close to his chest, and carried him back to the woods, to his home to die. While I obviously agree that false accusations are insane and that women have zero honor or character who do so, it profits the man nothing to tempt fate as this is the new reality.

Agreed. The “official” education system is just a bunch of hoops you have to go through to get a paper.
This paper is supposed to prove you are good for something, when in reality people know little of use when they get out of this system.
Companies have to train people all over again, and they know it…

With the availability of information online people can get educated without a formal system. But they cannot get a certification… Yet…

I think its going to be the next big step.

In fact I give this idea to our MGTOW brothers, a company that charges people for testing and certifying them. It should have a curriculum, subjects, objectives and point to learning material. The core business would be the integrity and the value of people certified.

Not only a good business opportunity but a great service to human progress.
And no pussy pass…
