I work hard and make an honest living and it really bothers me that part of the money I make goes to single mothers who are only being rewarded for their own mistakes by the government. It also bothers me that many people claim to be disabled, but in fact, are really just lazy and sponging off society (the majority of whom also happen to be female).
I work in the skilled trades and whenever possible I prefer to work on a cash basis. I think the best thing we can do as MGTOW and men who understand the bias against us, is to give as little in to the system as possible. I have male friends who are very wealthy and I’m so impressed and happy that they did it on a cash basis and screwed the system out of a lot of money.
Are there any tips you guys have for not paying taxes and avoiding giving any money to the government at all? Thanks.
the only good way to avoid paying taxes is to have legal income hovering around poverty line (~20K)
I don’t claim the rent I collect as income (15K) – so that puts a good dent in my tax bill.
I wish I could do cash work altogether, just like in old good times in post-soviet union times when everyone was paid under the table in cash. Pretty much impossible herewhen I just got in the US I was claiming exempt from 2000 to 2007. I didn’t even bother to file taxes, because I didn’t think I was going to stick around long. Once they caught up to me – they got on my ass for back taxes and penalties for most years (still missed 2001 hehe) – I had to sell my sportscar to pay $13K in back taxes. Taxes suck b~~~~

I know that my stance is not very popular, but in Canada, I believe that you will not be taxed if you just go under $11500 in a year. If you work like 11-12 dollars an hour, 20 hours a week, you can actually make it in not getting taxed, but you are going to have to use that extra free time in being economical with your money by cooking a lot of things from scratch for instance, which can actually save you at least about 200-400 dollars alone if you use to go to restaurants at least once a day in the past.

You DON’T avoid paying taxes.

Find an honest, forthright tax accountant to figure your returns with absolute accuracy."It seems like there's times a body gets struck down so low, there ain't a power on earth that can ever bring him up again. Seems like something inside dies so he don't even want to get up again. But he does."
Here in Canada I’ve already taken care of my income tax and the government owes me money (a few hundred dollars). I work for poverty wages though since I can’t find anything better right now. I’m working towards starting my own business but that might take 2-3 more years.
Instead of trying to avoid taxes illegally, I recommend trying to find things that you can get partial refunds on. Charity and public transportation are a couple examples of where you can get money back, depending on your country’s laws.

Find an honest, forthright tax accountant to figure your returns with absolute accuracy.Interesting how when I was a boy, TAX AVOIDANCE was a legal god given right, in fact if you weren’t doing everything in your power to minimize and avoid paying taxes, you need your head read, because it’s not like they are spending it so well that we should be donating extra.
TAX EVASION is the fine line we were taught not to cross, as that is where it becomes ILLEGAL, and the consequences of breaking the law are unpleasant if caught.
Today the current culture takes an extremely oppressive stance where we are not supposed to oppose the “spirit of the law”, F~~~ that I come from Old School, and play by the Letter of the law, and let self interest govern my actions NOT Socialist Propaganda.
Don’t break the law, but damn well go right up to that fine line, like a tight rope walker, and f~~~ the spirit of anything that isn’t in your own best interest.

If you figure out your taxes precisely, exactly and choose to send the government more than that, you are not paying taxes – – you are giving the government your money.
For example someone’s earning x per year, they figure in every legal deduction, they have more LEGAL deductions via making decisions based on what they learned last year etc etc.But to parallel an imaginary opener like “I work for cash and don’t report it” is just falling for an invitation for trouble.

The LEGAL way to avoid paying any taxes is to:
(a.) become a citizen of another country
(b.) give up your US citizenship
(c.) move to a third country that doesn’t have taxes or tax income generated outside of the country (such as Ecuador)The vast majority of countries in the world only tax people who are residing in those countries. The ONLY countries in the world that taxes citizens regardless of where they are living is the US and Etrea.
There are 2 difficulties in this scheme
(a.) becoming the citizen of another country. Many countries have very strict requirements making it very difficult to become a citizen.
This can be mitigated by (a.) converting to Judaism and living within a local Jewish community for 1 year, then applying to do “Aliyah” to Israel. (Aliyah is emmigration).
After one year of living in Israel the person becomes an Israeli Citizen under Israel’s Law of Return.
At this point the person can go to the US embassy fill out the required forms, pay the fees, show 5 years worth of tax returns that they have paid their US income taxes in full, and be allowed to give up their US citizenship. The next hardest thing is to have a business or investments or something that generates an income remotely. If you can do this, then you can move to Ecuador and apply for residency as an Israeli Expat. Once you have moved Israel will no longer tax you (and neither will the US because you gave up your US citizenship).
If you are retired..it is a nice way to avoid paying any taxes on your retirement income, you can still collect your US social security, but you obviously give up your Medicare.
One caveat – if you are a RETIRED Veteran receiving a pension from your service, under US law you give up your pension if you give up your citizenship. My tip is to NOT do it bro. If you’re going to, ALWAYS file your returns and pay the ‘failure to pay’ penalty and the interest later on. If you’re in the Unite States, the Fed Interest Rate is exceptionally low and you won’t owe much for interest on back taxes, even if you don’t pay for years. The failure to file penalty is a lot worse than the failure to pay and the interest, but no matter what, all 3 combined are a lot of extra money you wouldn’t have to normally pay. I just had an issue with California. They stole $10,900 from my checking account, even stole money that I didn’t have, leaving me with a huge negative balance in my checking account. They literally muscled the bank out of funny-money that I didn’t have. Now I owe my bank money that the state stole from me. I owed California $0 from each of the 2 years I failed to file taxes. They assessed what they “felt” I owed and f~~~ed me royally. It took me a month to get my money back and I thought I was going to need a lawyer…. Here is my story of not paying taxes for 2 years:
I was 400 miles upstate in Santa Cruz, Calif. when the state stole my money, leaving me with $100 cash to get home and buy food for myself until I could get more cash liquid. I had to open a new bank account at a different bank who put a 12 day hold on my initial check. I had to live on grocery store gift cards and change for food and gas for nearly half a month. After that I had to scramble to pay the necessary bills (mortgage, home owners association, etc. all the stuff that could jeopardize my home) and I had already bounced a check to the IRS for federal taxes as well as an assessment payment to the HOA for work they will be doing in my condo this year. The work on my home isn’t being done until June so I waited on paying them until the last minute, but my HOA has the legal right to sue after 4 months of non-payment, so when the check bounced and I didn’t have a checking account until April 1, they had the right to get me. They’re now suing me. (I’ve paid up, but it’s still a stress.) My car insurance lapsed because of the declined payment so the Calif. Dept. of Motor Vehicles suspended my vehicle registration, so if I get pulled over driving I will have my car towed and possibly be arrested. I had to raid my investment accounts to just pay important bills to keep from losing my home to foreclosure. My electricity and natural gas accounts are months overdue and could be closed at any time. I had to re-send money to the IRS for taxes, which was incredibly stressful, because they can f~~~ me any way they want and take my home when I haven’t paid up on time…
It took a month to get half my money back from the state with which I could start clearing up past due bills, pay off the long dick of the IRS and continue paying everything else. The stress I went through was definitely worse than just paying up.
Long story short, I hate paying taxes and I live in California where I have to pay for all the feminist BS, etc. etc., but you have to pay up or the long dick of the government will seek it’s way in. One year I had to write a $45,000 check to the ‘United States Treasury’ and I hated myself for weeks after doing it knowing what it would go towards, but I had to do it. It’s s~~~ty, but not paying taxes will ruin your life. The government will take your money, your bank accounts, your retirement, your right to drive a vehicle on public streets and your right to even have a bank account. Their dick is longer than an elephant.
Max out your 401k, or at least enough to get the full company match if there is one. You can start an IRA if you are self employed. Early retirement isnt impossible but its easier the earlier you start investing. look up Mr. Money Mustache, he is a dude that retired at 30 because he saved 80% of his income, meaning he only had to work for 7 years.
Your options are to either live in poverty, or donate the money to a worthy cause you care about rather than give it to the government. You can also do some investment crap to try to minimize your taxes. That’s all you can do legally in order to avoid as many taxes as possible.
Illegally is another story. If you work for yourself, demand payment in cash. Then only report what you spend for your daily necessities (rent/mortgage, food, clothing, etc.). But damn man, you’ve gotta be ABSOLUTELY sure to have 100% perfect cooked books and that you claim enough for your living conditions to be realistic to the IRS if you ever get audited.
Remember, if you write receipts and give them to your clients, they can end up in the hands of an IRS auditor one day, regardless whether they paid with cash or card. That’s what happened to a buddy of mine. He did everything absolutely perfectly, but then the IRS audited him. It seems they had been collecting receipts from his clients for years. Then they audited him and demanded to see all his receipts. Needless to say, they didn’t match up.
He was luckily able to avoid getting the criminal division involved, but they decided to base his income over the last 7 years on an average for his industry and and average for the receipts they had collected. He was claiming like $30,000/year and they said his “realistic” income was $150,000/year and that’s what they decided to tax him on. Then they added interest PLUS a 80% penalty or something on it. He owned like $500,000 in taxes after that audit. It totally f~~~ed his life.
The worst part? His real income was like $70,000. He tried to cheat the system and ended up paying like 4x more than if he had just been honest in the first place. That’s why I’m always honest on my tax returns. I do everything I can to legally minimize my tax, but I don’t cook books and try to avoid taxes. There’s a difference between “tax avoidance” and “tax evasion.” One of them is legal and one of them is not.
EDIT: The only way I can see to evade taxes and never get caught is to do odd jobs as a regular person (not a business) and NEVER give out receipts or charge sales tax.
I know it sucks paying taxes to a corrupt government that’s just going to flush it all down the toilet, but the alternative is even worse. You don’t want the IRS f~~~ing up your life.
Every country that collects taxes also has tax minimization laws.
Shop around for a good accountant. Pay him premium price but insist
he does some creative accounting. He knows how to bend taxation law
and that’s why u pay him extra.Zero Tolerance
Being a self employed cabbie does have certain tax advantages. However I don’t avoiding paying taxes altogether, in a bid to avoid attention.
Women are so bad, if they changed the law so I kept the house, I still wouldn't marry one. I'd rather be homeless.
The LEGAL way to avoid paying any taxes is to:
(a.) become a citizen of another country
(b.) give up your US citizenshipWell I am in a situation where I can sort of do this. I am an Australian citizen, born in Sydney back in ’70 and moved to the USA in 2009, where this year (January 2016) I was Nationalized. As such I can retain my Australian citizenship while obtaining the status of citizen in the USA. Which also means I have two passports.
Since Australia still recognizes my Australian citizenship (even though the US does not, but tolerates me having it) I can keep my banking accounts I currently have there, which were setup before I left and can open more via online banking.
Thus I make money here in the US, pay income tax on it and when I send a small portion back to my Australian bank accounts, the interest earned there isn’t taxed under the US system. As far as I can tell I don’t pay any Australian taxes on that interest either, since with my last tax return in Australia before I left I indicated I was not returning and the 2008 return would be my last filing.
So I guess so long as I keep the money in Australia I would be OK, but as soon as I tried to transfer it into the US, it could be considered income. No sure, so any advice would be appreciated.
Hence why HR-Block keeps asking me if I have any foreign accounts over $10,000 each time I file a return through them. I suppose my accent gives me away. 😛
Blue-Pill Virgin: Women hate me! That's what it is.
MGTOW Man: Hate them back; it works for me.

I know two guys in skilled trades who bought houses, cars, and boats. They were living it up like kings. The IRS came after them hard. They lost everything to pay the back taxes and penalties. They are still wounded years later.
The only way to pull this off is to live like a roach. You will have no bank accounts or tangible property whatsoever. The one cash only guy I know who pulled it off lives with a girlfriend who subsidizes him and has nothing tangible. The IRS came snooping after him once too.
They will look for you and are getting more aggressive. You will always be looking behind your back too. You don’t ever want them estimating your income.
I’m self-employed and pay my taxes. I like not worrying about having my house confiscated. Owning your own business opens up a number of legitimate deductions one can take that will lower your taxes.
I have no mercy for those who don’t pay taxes and get caught. Be careful and consider the ramifications of living that way. It can bite you in your ass so damn hard when you least expect it.

Find an honest, forthright tax accountant to figure your returns with absolute accuracy.F~~~ ceasar. F~~~ him and his welfare state. MGTOW should form private trade networks in the future. For men, by men.
There is also the ethics aspect of not paying taxes. There are many things the government does that I do not want and do not want my money going towards. However, I do like the fact that we have a legal system, national protection, various right and freedoms, roads, schools, etc. Those are not things I am willing to lose, even if they are not executed the way I’d like them to be. I don’t like that others get these same benefits for free, while I have to pay, but that does not mean I don’t get my money’s worth, or would be ok if these benefits went away.
Everyone has their own ethics, so if you feel that the benefits are not worth paying for, or someone else should be paying for it, then go right ahead with avoiding paying taxes.
And to be clear, I’m not saying I don’t take deductions that are available to me, or that I always declare everything the government says is income. Years back I had a roommate that paid me rent in cash, and I did not feel I needed to state that as income.
Ok. Then do it.

BB I’m still laughing, but be careful regarding the IRS.
I think this whole thread may’ve had a not innocent direction when started.
Hopefully I’m wrong as I don’t want to see anyone burned.
Absolute accuracy cuts both ways."It seems like there's times a body gets struck down so low, there ain't a power on earth that can ever bring him up again. Seems like something inside dies so he don't even want to get up again. But he does."
Are there any tips you guys have for not paying taxes and avoiding giving any money to the government at all? Thanks.
Would never recommend anything illegal under any circumstances. There are other ways to reduce taxes – getting married and having children is one of them – but you will still pay through the nose another way.
While it’s true that your taxes go to single mothers and a welfare state, they also go to fixing roads and bridges, sewer & freeway construction, traffic maintenance, police, firemen, waste disposal and all of that.
Speak to someone who has been audited and ask if they ever want a repeat.
I have heard it said, it’s like someone crawling up your ass with a microscope. There are two things in life you can be sure of: Death and Taxes.
Accept it.
Years ago , I knew guy who made tens of millions by his 32nd birthday with mini network of slimeb~~~~ who ripped off others and hid money and avoided taxes. I heard he got f~~~ed and left the country with no ability to open a business again.
Don’t even think about it.
Open a legit business. If the business is making money you can speak to an accountant about what is deductible and what the business can legitimately pay for, and you can draw a salary from what’s left for yourself. This will lower your income too…. and therefore lower your taxes.
You can also put $6,500 away – tax free – in 2016 into an IRA. But that’s not a slippery “tip”. That’s common knowledge and it’s called “paying yourself first” which is totally above the table.
If you don’t put AT LEAST your maximum IRA contribution away every year… then you are already paying +$2000 more to the government than you need to. Take it out of their pockets and put it into yours.
If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.Are there any tips you guys have for not paying taxes and avoiding giving any money to the government at all? Thanks.
I think the best way to LEGALLY avoid paying taxes is to stop using legally binding currency and exchange products and services without it. But the problem here is that most economic markets accept national currencies as their only means of doing business.
