It is just not worth it man. I mean, I had fun when I first started dismantling all these s~~~ty arguments, back when I did my first posts, but at this point, it just gets annoying. In the end, women are their own worse enemy, their own oppressors. They are the ones that want themselves beaten, but since even that they can’t do themselves, they try to use man as proxy.

And sadly, there are plenty of men that would buy into this s~~~, Mgtow is just NOT those men. 🙂

I’m not “religious”, in my opinion that’s where all the “confusion” comes from; I do however have a fractured mustard seed of faith in Christ.

I make no concessions to religious assholes that think their above any other! I agree with you; however, I suspect there is a negative correlation between one’s devotion to religious dogma and MGTOW. In another thread, Richard talked about being a possible non-conformist when GYOW, which makes sense to me. To each their own though.

Complete and total atheist. I’m christened and confirmed and went to a church school. I remember sitting in the local church with the rest of the school on our monthly Wednesday morning service , around 11 years old, and thinking I was listening to a load of crap. That was it I was done. Kind of sums me up though, when i’m done i’m done. As long as someone elses’ beliefs don’t adversely affect my life, believe what you want.

There was a religious debate sparked in a very active thread a while back… and the way these guys went back and forth in COUNTLESS lengthy paragraphs was just unbelievable. Not to mention the FRICTION!

Raised Christian / Lutheran / Protestant myself (with older European values and attended church every weekend until I was 17) I was once suckered into a debate by a religious nut I worked with. I was minding my own f~~~ing business practicing the piano on a SUNDAY in an empty hall when this f~~~ing asshole seque’d the conversation into a religious confrontation.

You know, just like speaking with a f~~~ing feminist, and within 10 seconds she is quoting rape statistics when it’s not even the topic.
It’s insane. There is nobody in my life that does that.

This f~~~er starts pushing religion on me, how I should go to church, and I remembered what my Dad said. I told him I don’t discuss politics or religion with anyone. This wasn’t enough for this asshole, and he kept pushing “Oh yeah? Well who do you think made the Earth?”

ME: “I don’t know and neither do you”.

HE: “Oh yeah? Well who do you think created life?”

ME: “I don’t know and neither do you”.

…..he wouldn’t go away. He refused to shut the f~~~ up and deliberately continued to infuriate me at the piano ……

HE: “Oh yeah? Well who do you think created YOU?”

ME: “My parents. They f~~~ed and I was the result…. but the best part of YOU obviously slid down the crack of your mother’s ass and ended up as a brown stain on the mattress!”

THAT’s when I understood what my father meant. That’s what it took to shut this asshole up. I had to be a COMPLETE AND UTTER ASSHOLE.

But whether or not a MGTOW believes in God, Allah, or the Easter Bunny really doesn’t have anything to do with his very grounded decision to not sign a marriage contract. (for example). That is a decision based ENTIRELY on reasonable, factual information and there is NO debating it.
