Them rejecting you and then finding out later what they did to other guys is a blessing in disguise. Definitely dodged a bullet there one time atleast.
Time is a great equalizer. My luck with whimyn was bad when I was trying to date. Then I started watching the ones I was interested in get married and I really felt depressed. Once I started paying attention to the husbands and their slow degradation, I begin to feel a lot better. Following their divorces, I now feel blessed that I had such ‘bad luck’ with whimyn.

I used to live a lavish life as I could afford it but in all honesty it brought in the rot from society that only made things worse and more depressing. I decided to downsize my entire life: Sold the house, cars, most of the toys, and just moved into the woods in a small town living a simple life with my dog and chickens haha. It’s quite refreshing to talk to people who have no idea what a Kardashian is, sit on the porch and literally hear nothing but the wind and live a mostly stress free life.
I’m such a dweller I really am. But I cant help but analyse the past and be mystified by it. Time really is a c~~~ and changes everything, for better or worse.
I’ve had some long term, deep rooted personal demons that I needed to kill, but some are still there, gnawing away at the last fibres of my sanity, invading and terrorising me in my dreams etc.
I think alot about the late 80s and early 90s. My life was so alive in the 90’s, we had great music and movies etc, and I had such hopes for the future. I envy my parents who grew up in better times where you could actually afford a house or two and have a life without the bulls~~~ of today.
I also think back to all the losers I called friends, and the resentment i have now toward them and their desertion of our friendship for pussy or because I moved to New Zealand.
But despite my personal troubles, I feel a much stronger and wiser person now. I wouldn’t go back to my 20s for anything. They were s~~~, clouded, and full of misery and false hope.
Man I totally agree life was better back in the early’er days, I wish I was old enough back then to really appreciate it. The youth of today is just garbage, society is in even worse shape, and things economically are just as f~~~ed. Also your message on deserting friends is a plague that I faced as well with seemingly good friends dropping everything to be with some slut who did not care about them. I dropped those people fast and never looked back.

How old are you man? I’m 32 in October. F~~~ing blows. I’ve always wanted a birthday on Halloweem even though my actual birthday is the 3rd of October. Always wanted to celebrate Halloween in a cool way like the yanks do, in UK no one really celebrates it and its f~~~ing dismal. I remember trick or treating as a kid and miserable c~~~ suckers answering their door with “f~~~ off” or “we didnt buy any sweets” or “we don’t celebrate Halloween”. Why answer the f~~~ing door then you sad sack of s~~~? And thats how you speak to kids??? Or you’d get the obvious “go away” sign when t~~~s closed their curtains when you rang their doorbell.
I always make the effort to get a s~~~ load of candy for kids on Halloween as my door always gets knocked on.

Great points. All those miserable years pining for a woman in my 20s…After you feel so much bulls~~~ you eventually go numb. Thats what happened to me. I stopped giving a f~~~. I will admit sometimes I feel a quick flash of that torment and discord if something triggers it, and it could be whenever or wherever. But it goes as quick as it came. My mind now knows how to process it and just throw it the f~~~ away because its worthless to my current state of mind. I have grown as a person and think differently.
