    Brothers,

This is a thought experiment to help society. Now, I know what you are going to say, that is not what MGTOW is about. And I would agree. That is why this is a thought experiment only, supposing that if we wanted to aid society (even after it has stepped on us), how would we do it.
It is fun for me and if it is for you, to exercise the mind a bit, I encourage you to add to it, or comment. Try to be constructive though, negative comments without reasoning behind it are useless.

My idea would be to create a form of conduct, societal rules of behaviour.
This, with the goal of reigning in the excesses of todays society that are disrupting the balance between the genders and going against the very natures of both sexes.

So for convenience sake, let us imagine that current society has broken down and new rules have to be set up, since the old ones destroyed society.

    The new laws:
    1. A form of Victorian code of conduct will be implemented. Not all the bagage from that era, just the useful code of conduct parts. (we can go for details later, but that I leave for another time)
    2. Marriage should be decided by the father, who will be the head of the family. He will arrange the marriages of his children with other families.
    3. Only the men can vote. This primarily because women tend to vote with their feelings and not their rationality. I would even go so far as to say, only land and home owners can vote. I think this will contribute to greater stability because these people have a vested interest in society. Whereas I think that would be less for the other parties.
    4. Only science is allowed to be taught in school. The best fuctional and proven models that we have to this date.
    5. Segregated teaching. Boys will be taught by men. Girls will be taught by women. So classrooms would be consisting of either boys and their male teacher or girls and their female teacher. In recess they can still play together to encourage social interaction.
    6. All male Gentlemen Clubs and all female Ladies Clubs would be set up so each gender can interact with their own and be free. Mixed would of course also be allowed, but both genders would need a place to rest in and converse with their own, so to speak.
    7. Marriage would be something that would be regulated. A woman still craves the financial security something like that would bring, so they would need this. But, divorce would not be made as easy as it is today. The assets stay with the one who had them at the start of the marriage. This will be entered into a contract at the start of the marriage, what each brings in is what each brings out, or at least in approximation.
In case of children and divorce, the mother will get them untill the age of 7, with visiting rights for the fathers on weekends, or part of the weekend. From 7 and older the father will take care of them, with visiting rights for the mother.
This should ensure both do their best to make the marriage work, in my view.
    8. All courts will consist of 3 judges, that studied the law. No jury of peers or some such nonsense. That only breeds catastrophy.
And the judges will be male, due to males having justice based morality and women having a care based morality.
    9. Both sexes will be punished equally in the eyes of the law. No shorter terms for women. No special treatment. We could set up male review boards that will verify that no such special treatment is given by officials of the state. (I know, we could get into a “Who watches the Watchers”-debate, but I do not have a better suggestion so far)
    10. A meritocracy will be enforced. You get what you earn. Women can work if they earn their position. There will be no quotas.
    11. Privacy should be respected, to a degree. If someone is behaving shamefully (in relation to the new behaviour conduct), that should be published on a central website. (Yes, i would go that far)
I am not saying to make it illegal, only to display that behaviour.
    12. Right to due process of course.
    13. Freedom of speech, anyting and everything can be said. (If someone is being a big enough douche, you can dump his or her name on the website of rule 11).
    14. The government will be minimal. Only the minimum needed to have the infrastructure we need.
    15. Several companies will be state property and never sold to private corporations. Specifically those that ensure our Water, Food and Power supplies. And of course the news media. Though they will be given full freedom and the duty to report both sides of every story.

Now, these are some ideas. Just a rough first draft. Please, feel free to suggest changes or new ones. Or why some should not be there at all. I am curious to see if something could come from this or would just die on the very first attempt of implementation.
